[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter referred to as
(simply referred to as the board). [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skills of the installers, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some with no joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, this board has multiple side shapes, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface and spoil the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. Fireproof,
It lacks soundproofing properties, fails to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. In addition, some boards of this type have a decorative groove formed almost in the center of the decorative surface, but the boundary between the top and bottom surfaces of the decorative groove is not clear, and the areas where the surface materials contact each other at the joints are known. There were differences between the two walls, making it impossible to form a uniform pattern on the walls, resulting in poor aesthetics. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has a longitudinal section along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface in the form of a trapezoidal trapezoid consisting of a top surface, a bottom surface, and an inclined surface. At least one decorative groove with a depression in the middle is formed to closely resemble the joint created by installing boards, giving the wall a rich three-dimensional feel and creating uniform horizontal lines, creating a beautiful appearance. At the same time, it prevents the decorative surface from warping, twisting, and flattening.
The board is made wide, the core material has a bulge that protrudes from the back side of the surface material, and the wall base is integrally covered with the core material to prevent the surface material from forming a thermal bridge. In addition, the boards can be installed by a single worker without any skill, and the engagement force and waterproofness of the joints are greatly improved. This is to suggest a board that facilitates this. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A. 1 is a surface material, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, or an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume). Metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of metal plate (steel plate, super zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc., or synthetic resin plates are formed by rolls, presses, or press molding, etc. It is molded by one of the following methods. That is, the surface material 1 has a decorative surface 2, a male connecting portion 5 , and a female connecting portion 1.
4. To explain further, 2 is a decorative surface on which at least one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 2, for example, this decorative groove 3 has an upper surface 3a that intersects with the decorative surface 2 at θ 1 , and a tip of the upper surface 3a that is bent upward and then folded back downward again, and has a depth of, for example, 1 to 10 mm. and a bottom surface 3b extending so that the tip of the recess 4 forms an angle of θ 2 with the top surface 3a.
and a sloped surface 3c that is inclined so as to intersect with the decorative surface 2 at θ 3 .The longitudinal section is shaped like a scalene trapezoid. In particular, since the decorative groove 3 is provided with a recess 4,
The division between the top surface 3a and the bottom surface 3b becomes clear, resulting in a decorative groove with a rich three-dimensional effect, and the surface materials contact each other at the joint between the male connecting portion 5 and the female connecting portion 14 , which will be described later. Board A
When a wall is formed using this method, uniform horizontal lines are created on the wall, making it possible to form a wall that is highly aesthetically pleasing. The shape of the gap 4a of the recess 4 is determined by the size of the gap created when the surface material 1 is bent, or by an arbitrary shape. Furthermore, one or more decorative grooves 3 are provided along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface 2, which strengthens the strength of the board A and improves the strength of the board A.
Even if it is formed wide, it is useful for preventing warping, twisting, and flattening, and for making the decorative surface 2 of the board A flat. The male connecting part 5 includes an inclined piece 6 which is bent at an angle at the upper end of the decorative surface 2, a joint base part 7 whose end edge is vertically extended upward, and a joint base part 7.
, an engagement groove 11 with the insertion edge 8 as the upper end, an extension 12 protruding outward from the lower edge 11a of the engagement groove 11, and an extension 12 provided at the tip of the extension 12. It is formed from a flap-like tongue piece 13 provided as necessary. To explain further, the inclined piece 6 intersects with the upper end of the decorative surface 2 at an angle θ' 3 corresponding to the angle θ 3 between the inclined surface 3c of the decorative groove 3 and the decorative surface 2, and mainly improves the flow of rainwater and improves the joint. This prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joint area, enhances the three-dimensional appearance of the joint area, and helps increase the working width. Further, the joint base portion 7 consists of a vertical surface or a surface slightly inclined inward, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion. Furthermore, the insertion edge 8 is to be fitted into a fitting groove 18 which will be described later, and if necessary, as shown in FIG. , it is also possible to prevent capillary action at the connection. In addition, the tongue piece 13 is formed by bending the end edge of the extension part 12 into a seam shape, and prevents the end part of the extension part 12 from waving. This will help improve the safety of the procedure by preventing accidents and injuries. The female connecting part 14 has a bottom side 15 which is bent inward from the lower end of the decorative surface 2 at an angle θ' 1 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of the upper surface 3a of the decorative groove 3, and a bottom side 15 which is bent inwardly from the bottom edge of the bottom side 15, which is bent inward at an angle θ' 1 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of the upper surface 3a of the decorative groove 3. The edge 16 is formed by bending the tip of the upper edge 16 outward to form a lower edge 17.
A fitting groove 18 formed with a U-shaped cross section and a lower edge 1
7 and a tongue piece 19 bent inward. To explain further, the lower edge 17
As shown in FIG.
It is inserted into the engagement groove 11 when the holder is fitted into the holder, and is useful for further strengthening the engagement force and waterproofness. Further, the tongue piece 19 can be formed into an upper seam shape, as shown in FIG. 1, and can be used to pinch the edge of the backing material 22, or can be bent into a lower seam shape. The core material 20 is filled on the back side of the surface material 1 and mainly provides heat insulation properties to the board A, and is also made of a material that has functions such as adhesive properties, noncombustible material, cushioning material, and soundproofing material. 1
It consists of seeds. Specifically, it is made of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc.
It consists of one type of material, such as a material that is discharged, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or a molded product. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 20, the surface material 1 , and the back material 22. To explain further, the core material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). Sodium borate,
It consists of one or more of the following: antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. To explain further, core material 20
For convenience, the upper part 20 is filled in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the male connecting part 5 , and the female connecting part 14.
a and a bulging part 20b on the back surface of the upper part 20a, and a notch 21 is provided in the vicinity of the female connecting part 14 of the bulging part 20b. This bulging part 20b is also arranged on the back side of the extension part 12, and as shown in FIG. 3, when the boards A are connected, it prevents the surface material 1 from contacting the wall base α, This prevents the formation of thermal bridges and improves heat insulation and fire protection. Furthermore, since the bulging portion 20b is disposed at the bottom of the joint, which is a weak point in terms of fire prevention, it is possible to further improve fire prevention, pass the fire protection structure test and quasi-noncombustible test, and the core material When a material with cushioning properties is used, it has the characteristic of preventing vibrations from the wall base from being transmitted to the connecting parts and preventing the connecting parts from coming off. In addition, when the boards A are connected, the cutout portion 21 coincides with the extension portion 12 of the lower board and the bulge portion 20b of the core material 20, and covers the wall base α flush, thereby improving the sealing inside the wall. This improves the flow of air between the outside air and the inside of the wall, and improves the waterproofness of joints due to the difference in internal and external air pressure. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, when the board A is laid horizontally, the bulge 2
It comes into contact with the end of 0b, and the horizontal joint can be formed to a uniform width regardless of whether one is skilled or not. Reference numeral 22 is a back material that covers at least the back surface of the core material 20 to make the board A a sandwich structure, thereby improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (A, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, etc. It is made of a laminate of one or more types of glass fiber nonwoven fabric, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the sizes of the above-mentioned parts will be briefly explained. That is, in the decorative groove 3 (FIG. 2), the height of the top surface 3a is d 1 , the height of the inclined surface 3c is d 2 , and the bottom surface 3
The width of a is 1 , the width of the opening is W 1 , the horizontal joint part (third
In Figure), the height of the base 15 is d 3 , the height of the inclined piece 6 is d 4 , the width of the joint ground is 2 , the width of the joint opening is W 2 , and from the deepest part of the engagement groove 11 to the end of the bulging part 20 b up to the edge
W 3 , the distance from the tip of the lower edge 17 to the edge of the bulging portion 20b is W 4 , and the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the base 15 is θ′ 1 , and the angle between the base 15 and the joint base 7 is θ′ 2. If the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the inclined piece 6 is θ' 3 (Fig. 3), then d 1 ≒ d 3 , d 2 ≒ d 4 12 , W 1 ≒ W 2 W 3 ≒ W 4 , θ The relationships are 1 ≒θ′ 1 θ 2 ≒θ′ 2 and θ 3 ≒θ′ 3 . That is, the above relationship is true for board A
This is because when connected, the decorative grooves 3 and the joints have a very similar appearance, creating a unified line on the wall and forming a wall with rich design. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall.
In addition, for the boards A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate is used for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 22, and a polyester material is used for the core material 20 between the surface material 1 and the back material 22. Raw materials for isocyanurate foam are discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board A 1 is attached to the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used) α.
The extension part of the nail 12 is fixed through the nail β. Next, insert the fitting groove 18 of the female connecting portion 14 of the n+1-th board A 2 into the insertion edge 8 of the male connecting portion 5 of the board A 1 .
It is inserted into the hole to form a horizontal joint as shown in Figure 3. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. In addition, it is necessary to use caulking material and ornaments on the base portion of the starter (not shown) and the inside corners (not shown). [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and FIGS. It can also be formed as shown in ~d. It is. Although not shown, caulking material may be applied to predetermined locations of the male connecting portion 5 and the female connecting portion 14 , or the back material 22 may be applied to the back surface of the core material 20, if necessary.
It is also possible to form a board A that does not have any adhesive.
Of course, the boat A can be a combination of each of FIGS. 4 to 7. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one or more decorative ribs are formed on the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and flattening, and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like. Since the male and female connecting parts have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it has excellent waterproofness. By providing a depression in the decorative groove, the division between the top and bottom surfaces of the decorative groove is clearly defined, making it closely similar to the contact area between the surface materials at the joint of a board, and the shape of the decorative groove and joint is almost scalene. The shapes are very similar, creating a unified horizontal line on the wall, giving the wall a three-dimensional feel and improving its aesthetics.
The board has a sanderch structure, which provides soundproofing and
Thermal insulation, vibration isolation, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength are significantly improved. Since the core material is also placed on the back side of the extension, the wall base is completely covered with the core material, improving fire prevention and heat insulation properties. When the boards are connected, the back surfaces are flat and continuous, improving airtightness and waterproofing at joints. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical.
