[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention relates to siding boards (hereinafter simply referred to as boards) useful for forming internal and external walls of architecture and structures, especially horizontal walls. . [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Special Publication No. 51-29399, Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, because the length of the lower edge up to the rising part of the sloped part of the board is long, it is weak against tensile force.
The disadvantage was that only an exterior without joints could be formed.
Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. In addition, this type of board has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, making it impossible to make the board itself wide, and it is prone to warping and twisting. It had the disadvantage that it appeared significantly on the cosmetic surface and spoiled the beauty. In addition, since all of the boards do not have a backing material, condensation can form on the back of the decorative surface, causing rust, and the wall itself lacks heat insulation and soundproofing properties. In addition, it cannot prevent the decorative surface from deforming, and the board itself may deform. The drawback was that it was easy to use and lacked connection strength. In addition, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known among this type of board, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms at least one decorative groove on the decorative surface to prevent the decorative surface from warping, twisting, and flattening, and also forms a board with a wide width. At the same time, the shapes of the joints and decorative grooves formed when the boards are connected are made to closely resemble each other, creating a unified line on the wall, and
We proposed a board that creates a three-dimensional effect, is easy to install, can be done by one worker without any skill, and has significantly improved engagement force and waterproofness at the connecting parts. It is something to do. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A. 1 is a surface material, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, or an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume). A roll of a metal plate (including flat plate and embossed plate) made of one type of metal plate (steel plate, super zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate,
1, such as press molding or extrusion molding.
The seed was molded as shown in FIG. 2. To explain further, 2 is a decorative surface on which at least one decorative groove 3 is formed along the longitudinal direction. As shown in FIG. 3, the shape of this cosmetic groove 3 is as follows: a side surface 3a that intersects the decorative surface 2 at θ 1 ; a bottom surface 3b with the tip of the side surface 3a bent almost horizontally; The longitudinal section is formed into a substantially scalene trapezoidal shape from the surface 2 and the inclined surface 3c that intersects at θ 2 . In particular, the decorative groove 3 prevents the decorative surface 2 from warping, twisting, and slipping, and has a shape that closely resembles the appearance of the joint formed when the male connecting portion 4 and female connecting portion 14 are connected, which will be described later. , which improves the design of the wall when Board A is installed. Incidentally, in order to prevent rainwater from accumulating in the decorative groove 3, the inclined surface 3c has an obtuse angle θ 2 . As shown in FIG. 4, the male connecting part 4 includes a sloped piece 5 inclined at an angle θ' 2 corresponding to the angle θ 2 of the slope 3c of the decorative groove 3 of the decorative surface 2 , and an inclined piece 5 with its edge facing upward. A joint base portion 6 extending substantially vertically or slightly inclined, an insertion edge 7 provided by bending its tip, and an engagement groove 10 with the lower end of the insertion edge 7 serving as an upper edge 10a; The lower end 11 of the engagement groove 10 is formed from an outwardly protruding extension part 12 and a flap-like tongue piece 13 provided at the tip of the extension part 12. To explain further, the inclined piece 5 improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joint area, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint area, and is useful for increasing the working width. . Further, the joint base portion 6 serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion. moreover,
On the upper side of the insertion edge 7, near the tip, there is a groove 8 provided parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board A and a reinforcing rib (hollow shape in the figure) provided at the tip in order to prevent capillary phenomenon and return rain. 9 will be provided. Although not shown, a core material 20 may be interposed between the upper surface and the lower surface of the insertion edge 7.
It is not necessary to intervene. In addition, the tongue piece 13 prevents the edge of the extension part 12 from waving, improves the strength in the longitudinal direction of the board A, and, during construction,
This is to prevent injuries caused by the tip of the extension part 12 becoming like a sharp knife, and to improve work safety. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 6, when the boards A are connected, the tongue piece 13 bites into the back surface of the core material 20 of the upper board A, and the groove lower surface 1 of the fitting groove 18, which will be described later.
7 is brought into close contact with the insertion edge 7 to improve the connection force at the connection part, as well as to prevent circulation between the inside and outside of the wall, improving sealing performance, and greatly improving packing performance and heat insulation. It is useful for Also,
As shown in FIG .
A lower side wall 15 whose lower end is bent inward at an angle θ' 1 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of the side surface 3a of the decorative groove 3.
and a fitting groove 18 whose lower edge is bent inward to form a groove upper surface 16 and the tip of the groove upper surface 16 is bent outward to form a groove lower surface 17, and a fitting groove 18 formed with a substantially U-shaped cross section; It is formed from a tongue piece 19 bent into a seam shape. As shown in FIG. 6, this groove lower surface 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and is inserted by the tongue piece 13 of the lower board A. It is in close contact with the upper edge 10a of the lower end of the edge 7, and is useful for greatly strengthening the engagement force and waterproofness of the connecting portion. In addition, like the tongue piece 13, the tongue piece 19 prevents the tip of the lower edge 17 from waving,
This facilitates engagement with the insertion edge 10 and helps improve safety during operation. The core material 20 is filled at least on the back surface of the surface material 1 ,
It imparts heat insulation properties to board A, and is made of one type of material that also has adhesion, nonflammability, and other functions. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., which is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It consists of seeds. In addition, when using a molded body, the core material 20
Adhesive (not shown) between the surface material 1 and the back material 21
is necessary. To explain further, the core material 20 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). Sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. Reference numeral 21 is a backing material that covers at least the backside of the core material 20 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and also includes a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorption sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a laminate of one or more of them, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. It consists of etc. Here, the dimensional relationship of each part will be explained. That is, in the decorative groove 3 (FIG. 3), the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the side surface 3a is θ 1 , the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the sloped surface 3c is θ 2 , the height of the side surface 3a is h 1 , and the sloped surface 3c h2 is the height of the decorative groove 3, W1 is the opening width of the decorative groove 3, W2 is the width of the bottom surface 3b, and θ'2 is the angle between the decorative surface 2 and the inclined piece 5 in the male connecting portion 4 (Fig. 4). , the height of the inclined piece 5 is
h 3 , the decorative surface 2 at the female connecting part 14 (Fig. 5)
The angle between and the side wall 15 is θ′ 1 , the height of the side wall 15 is h 4 ,
Assuming that the joint opening width is W 3 and the joint ground width is W 4 in the connecting part (Fig. 6), θ 1 ≒ θ′ 1 , θ 2 ≒ θ′ 2 h 1 ≒ h 4 , h 2 ≒ h 3 W The relationships are 1 ≒ W 3 and W 2 ≒ W 4 . The above relationship is for making the appearance of the decorative groove 3 and the joint portion almost similar. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 6 to form a wall. In addition, boards A 1 and A 2 use a 0.27 mm thick colored steel plate for the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used for the back material 21, and the core material 20 is composed of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
During 1, raw materials for polyisocyanurate foam were discharged, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth board is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
The extension part 12 of A1 is fixed via the nail β. Next, insert the fitting groove 18 of the female connecting portion 14 of the n+1-th board A 2 into the insertion edge 7 of the male connecting portion 4 of the board A 1 .
It is inserted into the hole to form a joint as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. The wall body formed in this manner has excellent connection strength and waterproof properties at the joints. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown). [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and FIGS. The figures can also be formed as shown in a-s. That is, Figure 7a

The board A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 7 to 10. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one or more decorative grooves are formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and flatness, and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof. Because the decorative grooves and joints look very similar, it is possible to create a unified line on the wall, creating a wall with a three-dimensional feel and rich design. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
