[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of buildings and structures, especially horizontal walls. Regarding. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-11982.
No., Jikko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is strong in tensile force, and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, with some without joints, and with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. Furthermore, the board had the disadvantage that it was difficult to form due to the complicated side shape and was expensive. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention provides at least one decorative groove along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface whose vertical cross section is in the shape of a scalene trapezoid or trough consisting of side surfaces, bottom surfaces, and inclined surfaces. The shape is larger than that of a book, creating horizontal lines with a rich three-dimensional effect on the wall, giving it a beautiful appearance, and preventing the decorative surface from warping, twisting, and flattening.
The board is formed wide, and a male connecting portion is formed on one side edge of the decorative surface and a female connecting portion is formed on the other side edge, and the height of the inclined piece of the male connecting portion and the side wall of the female connecting portion is When the wall is formed, the decorative surface of the board becomes flat, and when the board is used for horizontal installation, it can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill. The lower edge of the female connecting part protrudes outward from the end of the decorative surface during construction, which acts as a guide for the fitting groove and makes construction easier.
Furthermore, it is possible to form a wall with a double engagement structure between the fitting groove and the lower edge of the female type connecting part and the protruding piece and the engaging groove of the male type connecting part. Protrusions are provided at the tips of the joints to prevent capillary action and return rain, improving the engagement force and waterproofness of the joints.
Furthermore, the present invention proposes a board that can be used for vertical stretching and is also mechanically strong. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, the first
The figure is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A. 1 is a surface material, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel plate,
metal plate (flat plate, super zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, etc.
18 is a core material, and 19 is a back surface material. That is, the surface material 1 is formed from a decorative surface 2, a male connecting part 4 , and a female connecting part 12 , as shown in FIG. To explain further, the decorative surface 2 is horizontally elongated, and has at least one decorative groove 3 formed on its surface in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface 2, and has a male connecting portion 4 on one side edge and a male connecting portion 4 on the other side. A female connecting portion 12 is provided on the side edge. The decorative groove 3 prevents the decorative surface 2 from warping, twisting, and slipping, and improves the design of the wall by creating a cross-sectional shape that is almost the same as the joint cross section when the board A is installed. Board A is wide. The shape of this decorative groove 3 is as shown in FIG .
and a bottom surface 3b with the tip of the side surface 3a almost horizontal.
Then, the tip of the bottom surface 3b is tilted and bent, and the decorative surface 2
The longitudinal section is formed into a substantially scalene trapezoid shape from the inclined surface 3c which intersects with the angle θ 2 . In addition, the inclined surface 3
c is θ 2 ≧90° in order to prevent rainwater from accumulating in the decorative groove 3. Moreover, the male type connecting part 4 is the third
As shown in detail in FIG. A protruding piece 6 extending outwardly, an engaging groove 8 whose tip is folded inwardly and then bent outwardly to form a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a lower edge of the engaging groove 8. An extension part 10 that extends 9 outwardly, and an extension part 10
It is formed from a flap-like tongue piece 11 provided at the tip of the tongue. To explain further, since θ 3 ≧90° is satisfied when the board A is horizontally stretched, the inclined piece 5 improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, and improves the three-dimensionality of the joints. This is useful for promoting a sense of self-confidence and increasing the range of work. Further, the projecting piece 6 has a surface parallel to the decorative surface 2 or slightly inclined, and serves as a waterproof basement for the horizontal joint part α of the wall body as shown in FIG. Further, the protruding piece 6 is fitted into a fitting groove 16 which will be described later, and in addition to the engagement between the engagement groove 8 and the lower edge 15 which will be described later, the connecting structure of the board A is doubled, so that the board A is This strengthens the engagement force and helps make the connection part waterproof. Moreover, a protrusion 7 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board A is provided at the tip of the protruding piece 6. As shown in FIG. 4, when the boards A are connected, this protrusion 7 presses the upper edge of the fitting groove 16 of the upper board A or the adjacent board A, and fits into the upper surface 6a of the protruding piece 6. Upper edge 1 of matching groove 16
4, it prevents capillary action and serves as a rain return. Therefore, the waterproofness of the connecting portion of board A is greatly improved. Note that the core material 18 may not be interposed between the upper surface 6a of the protruding piece 6 and the upper edge 8a of the engagement groove 8, as shown in the figure, or the core material 18 may be interposed, although not shown. Good too. Also tongue piece 11
The tip of the extension part 10 is bent into a seam shape, which is useful to prevent the end of the extension part 10 from waving and to prevent injuries caused by the end of the extension part 10 during construction. be. Furthermore, tongue piece 11
is formed into a bottom seam shape as shown in the figure, or is bent into a top seam shape (not shown), and the back material 1 to be described later.
The ends of 9 may be pinched. As shown in detail in FIG. 3c, the female connecting portion 12 moves the other side edge of the decorative surface 2 inward at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 between the side surface 3 a of the decorative groove 3 and the decorative surface 2. A fitting groove 16 having a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed from a bent side wall 13, an upper edge 14 whose lower end is bent inward, and a lower edge 15 where the tip of the upper edge 14 is bent outward. The tip of the edge 15 is formed from a tongue piece 17 bent into a fan shape, and the lower edge 15 is formed from a protruding piece 6 as shown in FIG.
When fitting into the fitting groove 16, insert it into the engagement groove 8,
In addition to further strengthening the engagement force and waterproofness, the side wall 13
It protrudes more and functions as a guide when connecting the boards A, thereby facilitating the construction of the boards A. Further, the core material 18 is filled in at least a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2 on the back side of the surface material 1 , the male connecting part 4 , and the female connecting part 12 , and provides heat insulation to the board A. It is made of a type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness and nonflammability. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., which is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It consists of seeds. In addition,
When a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1 , and the back material 19.
To explain further, the core material 18 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). It consists of one or more of the following: sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. In addition, on the back surface of the core material 18, a recess 18a having a depth of about 1 to 2 mm is provided near the lower edge 15 depending on the thickness of the surface material 1 and the height of the tongue piece 11, and the board A is connected to the recess 18a. When the decorative surfaces 2 are connected to each other, and
It is possible to ensure that they are almost flush.
Furthermore, the back material 19 covers at least the back surface of the core material 18 to make the board A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and also improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself. It serves as a packing material, such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (A, Fe, Pb,
Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet,
It is made of a laminate of one or more of gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a sheet treated with water absorption or flame retardant treatment. Here, to explain the dimensions, in the decorative groove 3 (Fig. 3a), the height of the side surface 3a is h 1 , the height of the inclined surface 3c is h 2 , the opening width of the decorative groove 3 is W 1 , and the bottom surface 3b the width of W 2 , the height of the inclined piece 5 in the male connecting part 4 (FIG. 3b) is h 3 , the distance from the deepest part of the engagement groove 8 to the tip of the protruding piece 6 is 1 ,
In the female type connecting part 12 , the height of the side wall 13 is h4 , the distance from the innermost part of the fitting groove 16 to the tip of the lower edge 15 is 2 , and the side wall 13 is set from the innermost part of the fitting groove 16 to the tip of the lower edge 15.
3 , furthermore, at the joint α (Fig. 4), let the opening width be W 3 and the bottom width of the joint be W 4 , then h 1 = h 4 , or h 1 ≒ h 4 h 2 = h 3 , Or h 2 ≒ h 3 W 1 = W 3 , or W 1 ≒ W 3 W 2 = W 4 , or W 2 ≒ W 4 1 > 2 2 > 3 , and the relationship between the angles θ 1 to θ 4 described above is θ 14 , θ 1 ≒θ 4 θ 23 , or θ 2 ≒θ 3 . In other words, the above relationship creates a scalene trapezoidal joint that closely resembles the decorative groove 3 at the connecting portion when the boards A are connected. These scalene trapezoidal joints give the wall a more three-dimensional appearance than the actual dimensions of board A. Furthermore, the reason why 2 > 3 is set is to enable the board A to be inserted into the lower engaging groove 8 while looking at the lower edge 15 during construction, and to facilitate the connection of the board A. [Construction Example] Now, assume that boards A as shown in FIG. 1 are laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 4 to form a wall. In addition, as the surface material 1 of boards A 1 and A 2 ,
A colored steel plate with a thickness of 0.27 mm is used, the core material 18 is made of isocyanurate foam resin, and the back material 19 is made of aluminum kraft paper. Therefore, the extension part 10 of the nth board A 1 is attached to the wall base 20 consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheet is used).
are fixed via nails 21. Next, insert the lower edge 15 of the female connecting portion 12 of the n+1-th board A 2 into the engaging groove 8, and then insert the fitting groove 16 into the protruding piece 6 of the male connecting portion 4 of the board A 1 . , to form a horizontal joint α as shown in FIG. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, it is sufficient to carry out the steps described above from the base to the girder. The wall body formed in this manner has excellent waterproof properties at the horizontal joint portion α. In addition, it is necessary to use caulking material and ornaments on the base portion of the starter (not shown) and the inside corners (not shown). Moreover, the board A can also be used as a vertical member to form a wall. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board A according to the present invention, and FIGS. It can also be formed as shown in t. This is board A in which a core material 18 is interposed between board 8a and board 8a. Of course, Figure 5 a~h~Figure 8 a~t
It is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of these. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one decorative rib is formed on the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and flattening, and the decorative surface does not become mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, and the joint width can be kept constant.
Moreover, it is highly waterproof. Since the decorative grooves have a shape that closely resembles the joints of the boards, it creates a unified line on the wall, making it possible to form a wall with a three-dimensional feel and rich design. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. Since the lower edge of the female connection protrudes outward from the end of the decorative surface, the board can be easily installed in the engagement groove of the lower board using the lower edge of the upper board as a guide. Since a protrusion is provided at the tip of the protruding piece, a space is formed between the upper edge of the fitting groove and the protruding piece, which prevents capillary action in the joint area and acts as a rain cover. Water resistance is greatly improved. Since the boards are connected in a double structure, the engagement force is greatly improved. There are other effects.
