Conventionally used panels of this type include ■Special Publication No. 51-29339, ■Utility Publication No. 51-11882, and O.
There are examples such as Utility Model Publication No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above panel. That is,
When rainwater is blown by the wind on the panel (closing board) shown in ■, the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the rim and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There were drawbacks.

In addition, the panel (■) has a long length from the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part, so it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, depending on the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of damage at the rising parts during construction. In addition, this panel has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface and spoil the aesthetic appearance. was there. In addition, since none of the panels have a backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. It lacks fireproofing and soundproofing properties, cannot prevent the decorative surface from deforming, and has the drawbacks that the panel itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength. Among this type of panels, panels having a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability.

In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention makes the decorative surface part step-like and forms the panel with a wide width, and also makes the step of the decorative surface part and the step of the connecting part look very similar to each other. A groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge of the male connector to prevent rain from returning to the connection and to prevent capillary action, and the upper surface of a reinforcing rib is provided at a portion of the groove or at the tip of the insertion edge. Caulking material is planted on the nail to improve waterproofness, and the tongue piece provided at the tip of the nailing piece is tilted upward and bent to greatly improve backing performance and connection strength. Moreover, the present invention proposes a panel that can be easily constructed by one worker without requiring any skill.

Below, the structure of the panel according to the present invention will be explained using the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned panel A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet coated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (trade name: Golf 1, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc),
A metal plate made of one type of aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. (including flat plates and embossed plates), or a synthetic resin plate formed by roll or press, or one type of extrusion molding. A core material 18 is integrally filled between the top surface material and the back surface material 20 to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, as shown in FIG. 2, the top of the surface material is composed of an elongated decorative surface part, a male type connecting part soil, and a female type connecting part U. In other words, the main part of the decorative surface is placed at an arbitrary position on the surface of the elongated plate (approximately at the center in the figure) parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface, as shown in the figure.
It is composed of a step piece 3 forming at least one step and a plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b separated by the step piece 3. This stepped piece 3 not only improves the design of the panel A, but also improves the strength of the panel A, and is useful for preventing warpage, flatness, and twisting.

In addition, the male connecting portion has an insertion edge 5 with the upper end of the decorative surface portion 1 protruding outward, an engagement groove 8 with the insertion edge 5 as the upper edge, and an engagement groove 8 with the insertion edge 5 as the upper edge. It is formed from a nailing piece 10 whose lower edge 9 projects outward, and a tongue piece 11 provided at the tip of the nailing piece 1o. To explain further, a groove 6 provided along the longitudinal direction of the panel A and a reinforcing lip (pipe-shaped in the figure) 7 provided at the tip thereof are formed in the middle of the upper surface of the insertion edge 5, as will be described later. It fits into the fitting groove 16 of the female type connecting part (2). Further, the groove portion 6 prevents rain return and capillary phenomenon at the connecting portion of the panel A, improves the waterproofness of the connecting portion, and also functions as a groove for planting a conical material 21 to be described later. Furthermore, the tongue piece 11 is formed at the tip of the nailing piece lO in the shape of an upper seam as shown in the figure, or in the form of a lower seam (not shown), and is bent upward, as shown in FIG. As shown in the figure, the connecting part bites into and presses the back surface of the core material 18 of the upper panel A, improving the adhesion between the engagement groove 8 and the lower edge 15 of the fitting part 16, and improving the backing properties of the connecting part. , which is useful for improving the connection force. The female connecting part U has a step piece 13 whose lower end on the decorative surface part is bent inward, the lower end thereof is bent inward to form an upper edge 14, and then bent outward to form a lower edge 15,
The fitting groove 16 is formed from the upper edge 14 and the lower edge 15 and has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 17 is formed by bending the tip of the lower edge 15 into a seam shape. is inserted into the retaining groove 8 when the insertion edge 5 is fitted into the fitting groove 16, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. The core material 18 is filled in the back surface of the decorative surface part 1, and is also filled in the back surface of the nail driving piece 10, and a cutout part 19 is provided near the female type connecting part. This core material 18 mainly provides heat insulation properties to the panel A, and is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as an adhesive, a noncombustible material, a cushioning material, and a soundproofing material. Specifically, synthetic resin foam,
It is made of rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and is made of raw materials that are discharged, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or it is made of one type of molded product.

To explain further, when the panels A are connected, the core material 18 prevents the top of the surface material from coming into contact with the wall base α, and prevents the top of the surface material from forming a thermal bridge. This is useful for preventing heat loss and improving insulation properties. Furthermore, core material 18
Since panel A is also placed at the bottom of the joint, which is a weak point in terms of fire protection, panel A can further improve fire protection and pass the fire protection structure test and quasi-noncombustible test. When a material with cushioning properties is used, it has the characteristic of preventing vibrations from the wall base from being transmitted to the connecting parts and preventing the connecting parts from coming off. The core material 18 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate). , antimony dioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. In addition, the notch 19 is cut into a substantially square shape near the female connecting part 2 over a distance Ws that is greater than the distance W1 from the innermost part of the engagement groove 8 to the edge of the male connecting part soil of panel A. It is something that is missing. Especially Vl/+ and W
When l is made the same, the back surface of panel A becomes flat when constructed, and the wall base is completely covered, so panel A can have better heat insulation and fire prevention properties.

As described above, according to the panel of the present invention, (1) since at least one level difference is formed in the decorative surface portion, the strength is sufficiently reinforced and warping, twisting, and bending can be prevented;
Moreover, the cosmetic surface does not become mountain-like. ■Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily installed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof. ■The shape of the decorative grooves and the shape of the joints are carefully designed to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, giving it a three-dimensional feel.
Aesthetics can be improved. ■Sand inch structure of the panel provides soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance,
Significantly improves condensation resistance and mechanical strength. ■Since the core material is also placed on the back of the extension, it prevents the surface material from forming a thermal bridge, greatly improving the heat insulation, and improving the fire protection of the connecting part, which is a weak point in terms of fire protection. ■Since grooves and reinforcing lips are formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, the waterproofness of the panel connection area is improved. ■Since the tongue piece of the male type connecting part is formed to be inclined upward, the connecting force and backing performance at the connecting part are improved. ■Because caulking material is planted on the upper side of the insertion edge, the waterproofness and puffability of the connecting part are greatly improved. ■Since the panel can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical.
