[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The invention is useful for forming horizontal walls for the interior and exterior of buildings and structures with excellent waterproofness and design, as well as for forming terraced roofs. This invention relates to architectural panels (hereinafter simply referred to as panels). [Prior art] This type of panel that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above panel. In other words, if rainwater is blown around by the wind on the panel (cladding board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There were flaws. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the panel is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the panel has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part.
It had the disadvantage that warping, twisting, etc. appeared significantly on the cosmetic surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. In addition, since none of the panels have a backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. In addition to lacking in fireproofing and soundproofing properties, they also had the drawbacks of not being able to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, the panels themselves being easily deformed, and lacking in connection strength. Among this type of panels, panels having a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a wide panel with the decorative surface part shaped like a step, and also makes the step of the decorative surface part and the step of the connecting part look very similar. A groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge of the male connecting portion provided at one end to prevent rain from returning to the connecting portion and to prevent capillary phenomenon.
In addition, caulking material is planted in the fitting groove of the female connection part to improve packing performance and waterproofness. Moreover, the panel can be easily installed by one worker, but does not require much skill. This paper proposes a panel that can be held without having to do so. [Structure of the invention] The structure of the panel according to the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned panel A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel sheet, Super Zinc), an aluminum sheet. , metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, steel plate, etc.
Alternatively, a core material 18 is integrally filled between the surface material 1 and the back material 20, which are formed by forming a synthetic resin plate by roll or press, or by extrusion molding, to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2, a male type connecting part 4 , and a female type connecting part 12 , as shown in FIG. That is, the decorative surface portion 2 is located at an arbitrary position on the surface of a long plate material (as shown in the figure, approximately in the center and parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface), and is divided by a step piece 3 having at least one step formed thereon. It is composed of a plurality of long inclined decorative pieces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b.This step piece 3 improves the design of the panel A, and also increases the strength of the panel A. The female connecting part 4 has an insert edge 5 with the upper end of the decorative surface part 2 protruding outward, and an insert edge 5 which is provided with an upper end of the decorative surface part 2. an engagement groove 8 whose upper edge is the edge 5; a nail driving piece 10 with a lower edge 9 of the engagement groove 8 protruding outward;
It is formed from a tongue piece 11 provided at the tip of a nailing piece 10. To explain further, a groove 6 provided along the longitudinal direction of the panel A and an auxiliary rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 7 provided at the tip thereof are formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge 5, as will be described later. It fits into the fitting groove 16 of the female type connecting part 12. Further, the groove portion 6 serves to prevent rain return and capillary action at the connecting portion of the panel A, thereby improving the waterproofness of the connecting portion. Furthermore, the tongue piece 11 is the nailing piece 1
The tip of the nailing piece 1 is bent into a lower rib shape as shown in the figure, or an upper rib shape (not shown).
In addition to preventing the edges of the 0 from waving, during construction,
This prevents the tip of the nailing piece 10 from turning into a sharp blade and causing injury, and is useful for improving work safety. The female connecting part 12 has a stepped piece 13 which is bent inward at the lower end of the decorative surface part 2, the lower end is bent inward to form an upper edge 14, and then bent outward to form a lower edge 15, and the lower edge is bent inward to form a lower edge 15. 14 and a lower edge 15, the fitting groove 16 is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 17 is formed by bending the tip of the lower edge 15 into a seam shape. It is inserted into the engagement groove 8 when the inset edge 5 is fitted into the engagement groove 16, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. The core material 18 is filled at least on the back surface of the decorative surface section 2, and is mainly applied to the panel A.
It is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as an adhesive, a noncombustible material, a cushioning material, and a soundproofing material. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. In addition, when using a molded body, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1, and the back material 20. Moreover, the core material 18 is the first
As shown in the figure, in addition to the decorative surface portion 2, when filling the material protruding downward from the surface material 1, it extends over a distance W 1 or more from the innermost part of the engagement groove 8 to the edge of the nailing piece 10. It is necessary to form a notch 19 in the vicinity of the female connecting portion 12 . In addition, the core material 18
Synthetic resin foams are mainly used, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for phenol foam, and resins for polyisocyanurate foam, as well as flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide). , calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. 20 covers at least the back side of the core material 18 with a backing agent to make the panel A a sandwich structure, improving the mechanical strength of the panel A itself, and also using a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet,
It serves as an absorbent sheet, soundproof sheet, packing material, etc., such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu) synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper. , a laminate of one or more of aluminum hydroxide foil, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a sheet treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Reference numeral 21 denotes a caulking material, for example, as shown in FIGS. Part (figure c),
Or, it is planted along the longitudinal direction of panel A on either the lower edge 15 (Fig. d) in the form of a band or string, and is used to improve the packing performance and waterproofness of the connecting part of panel A. It is something. In addition, the materials for the caulking material 21 are mainly hot melt type, rubber type, soft foam type, urethane resin type,
Or a combination of acrylic super absorbent resin that expands when it absorbs water and contracts when it dries, borax, sodium metaborate, etc. that releases crystallized water under high heat and hardens by foaming, or adhesive tape, etc. It consists of one or more of the following. To explain in more detail, this caulking material 21 is in close contact with the insertion edge 5 of the lower panel A at the connection part of the panel A, as shown in FIG. This prevents the circulation of air between the inside and outside, greatly improving waterproofness and packability. Further, since the caulking material 21 is installed in the fitting groove 16, that is, in a part that is not visible from the outside of the panel A, even if an adhesive material is used as the material for the caulking material 21, it will not become sticky. This creates a roller that prevents stains caused by dirt. In addition, when planting the caulking material 21 on the upper edge 14, it is better to plant it in a range and amount that does not inhibit the function of the groove portion 6 of the insertion edge 5. Here, the dimensions and angles of each part of panel A will be explained as follows. That is, the first
As shown in Fig. 2, the height of the step pieces 3, 13 is
h 1 , h 2 The angles between the step pieces 3, 13 and the decorative pieces 2a, 2b are θ 1 , θ 2 , and the heights from the vertices 3 a, 13a of the step pieces 3, 13 to the back surface of the core material 18 are H 3 , h 4 , the relationship is h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒h 2 h 3 =h 4 , or h 3 ≒h 4 θ 12 , or θ 1 ≒θ 2 . This is so that when panel A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Figure 3, the step of the decorative surface section 2 and the step of the horizontal joint section are formed to have almost the same appearance, and the wall formed by panel A. This is to create a unified horizontal line and improve aesthetics. [Construction Example] Now, it is assumed that the panel A shown in FIG. 1 is laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, for panels A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate is used as the surface material 1, aluminum kraft paper is used as the back material 20, and the core material 18 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
The raw material for the polyisocyanurate foam was discharged during 0, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. The caulking material 21 was made of a hot melt type and was planted on the upper edge 14. Therefore, the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheet is used)α

Figure h shows a female type connecting part 12 in which the upper edge 14 and stepped piece 13 are formed at θ 4 , Figure i shows a female type connecting part 12 in which the tongue piece 17 is formed in the shape of a lower flap. Connecting Part 12 , J, and K are female-type connecting parts 12 in which stepped pieces 13 are formed at an angle. Note that in FIGS. 5 a to 7 a to 7 a to k, only the surface material 1 is shown, and the plate thickness is omitted. Figures 8a to 8i show other embodiments of panel A, in which figure a shows panel A in which one end of the back material 20 protrudes from the edge of the male connecting part 4 by Δl, and figure b shows the nailing piece 10. Panel A has an inorganic non-combustible base material 18a on the back side of the panel, and Panel A has a core material 18 formed in multiple layers (same and different).
In the panels A, f, and g, which have two or more stages of panels bent at an angle θ5 from approximately the center of panel A, and formed in an approximately dogleg shape, there is one circulation groove 22 on the back side of panel A. Figures A and h that were formed below are panels A and Figure i in which the tip of the lower edge 15 is bent inward and extended to form a core material holding piece 17a, and figure i is a panel in which the core material 18 is attached to the gutter-shaped part of the surface material 1. Panel A is filled only with Although not shown, the core material 18 may be added as necessary.
It is also possible to form a panel A in which the back material 20 is not attached to the back surface of the panel A. Of course, the panel A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4a to 8d to 8a to i. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the panel according to the invention,
Because at least one level difference is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and
It prevents flaking and prevents the decorative surface from becoming mountain-like. Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it is highly waterproof. Since the shape of the decorative groove and the shape of the joint are made to be very similar, it is possible to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, give the wall a three-dimensional feel, and improve its aesthetic appearance.
The panels have a sandwich structure, making them soundproof and
Thermal insulation, vibration isolation, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength are significantly improved. Because the caulking material is planted in the fitting groove of the female type connection part, the waterproofness and packing performance of the panel connection part are greatly improved. Because the caulking material is planted in a bulge that is not directly visible, it is possible to prevent stickiness and stains caused by the caulking material. Since the grooves and reinforcing ribs are formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge, capillary action at the connecting portion of the panels can be prevented. Since the panel can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
