[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming horizontal walls of buildings and structures. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on a board (cladding board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some with no joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the board has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to form.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, spoiling the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material come into direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. Fireproof,
It lacks soundproofing properties, cannot prevent deformation of the decorative surface, and has the drawbacks that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connecting force. Among this type of boards, boards with a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but they have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms at least one decorative groove along the longitudinal direction of the decorative surface portion, the longitudinal section of which has a trapezoidal trapezoidal shape and whose longitudinal section consists of a side surface, a bottom surface, and an inclined surface. This creates a horizontal line with a rich three-dimensional effect on the wall, giving it a beautiful appearance. It also prevents the decorative surface from warping, twisting, and flattening, making the board wide, and allowing the male connector to be inserted. A groove and reinforcing ribs are formed on the upper side of the edge to prevent capillary phenomena, and a packing material is planted in or near the groove to greatly improve the waterproofness of the connecting part of the board. In addition, the board can be installed by a single worker without requiring any skill, and it greatly improves the engagement force and waterproofness of the connecting parts.
We propose a board that can be used both vertically and horizontally. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a zinc/nickel alloy plated steel sheet, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel plate, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum plate, an aluminum plate, and an aluminum plated steel plate. A surface material made of metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration-damping steel plate, etc., or a synthetic resin plate formed by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. 1 , a core material 20 filled on the back surface of the surface material 1 , and a sheet-like back material 21 covering the back surface of the core material 20 in a sandwich-like structure. That is , as shown in FIG .
It is composed of 4. To explain further, the decorative surface portion 2 is formed from at least one decorative groove 3 formed along the longitudinal direction of the board A and decorative pieces 2a and 2b divided into a plurality of pieces by the decorative groove 3. This cosmetic groove 3 has a side surface 3a that intersects with the decorative piece 2a at θ 11 ≒90°), a bottom surface 3 b that is almost parallel to the decorative surface portion 2 , and a bottom surface 3 b that intersects with the decorative piece 2a at θ 22 ≧90°).
The cross section is formed into a substantially scalene trapezoid shape from the inclined surface 3c that intersects with the slope 3c. Furthermore, at least one decorative groove 3 is provided in the decorative surface portion 2 ,
It strengthens the strength of the board A, prevents warping, twisting, and flatness even if the board A is made wide, and helps to make the decorative surface part 2 a flat board A. Together with the joint formed by the connecting portion 4 and the female connecting portion 14 , the design of the wall body is improved. The male connecting part 4 is the decorative surface part 2
An inclined piece 5 whose one end is bent at an angle θ 3 that is approximately the same as the angle θ 2 described above, a joint base portion 6 whose edge is vertically extended upward, and a gap provided at the tip of the joint base portion 6. Fold the ends of the insertion edge 7 and the insertion edge 7 inward,
Next, the engagement groove 10 is bent outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section, the extension part 12 protrudes outward from the lower edge 11 of the engagement groove 10, and the tip of the extension part 12 is extended downward. It is formed from a bent tongue piece 13. To explain in more detail, the inclined piece 5 is inclined and bent at an angle θ 3 corresponding to the angle θ 2 between the inclined surface 3c of the decorative groove 3 and the decorative piece 2b, so that it improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from flowing into the joint. This prevents the accumulation of water, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joint, and helps increase the working width. Further, the joint base portion 6 consists of a surface parallel to the decorative surface portion 2 or slightly inclined, and serves as a waterproof base for the joint portion. Further, the insertion edge 7 is provided with a groove 8 recessed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board A on the upper surface thereof, and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 9 provided at the tip. This insertion edge 7 fits into a fitting groove 18 which will be described later, and the lower edge 17 of the fitting groove 18 is inserted into the engaging groove 10 to make the connection structure of the board A double, which improves the engagement force and waterproof property. ,
This improves airtightness. In addition, since a void is formed within the connecting structure by the groove 8, capillary phenomenon is prevented, and the reinforcing ribs 9 function as rain return within the connecting structure, greatly improving waterproofness. do. Further, the groove portion 8 functions as a guide or a planting position for planting a packing material 22, which will be described later. Moreover, the tongue piece 13 prevents the tip of the extension part 12 from waving and also prevents injuries caused by the end of the extension part 12 during operation. The female connecting part 14 has a side wall 15 bent inward from the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 at an angle θ 4 corresponding to the angle θ 1 of the side surface 3a of the decorative groove 3, and a side wall 15 bent inward from its lower edge to form an upper edge. 16, a lower edge 17 is formed by bending the tip of the upper edge 16 outward, and a fitting groove 18 is formed to have a U-shaped cross section, and a tongue piece 19 is formed by bending the tip of the lower edge 17 into a seam shape. It is something. To explain further, as shown in FIG. 4, the lower edge 17 is inserted into the engagement groove 10 when the insertion edge 7 is fitted into the engagement groove 18, and the connection structure of the board A is doubled. , which helps to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness.
Further, the tongue piece 19 can be formed into an upper seam shape, as shown in FIG. 1, and can be used to pinch the edge of the back material 21, or can be bent into a lower seam shape. The core material 20 fills at least a gutter-shaped portion surrounded by the decorative surface portion 2 , the male connecting portion 4 , and the female connecting portion 14 on the back side of the surface material 1 and mainly provides heat insulation to the board A. and secondary adhesives, noncombustible materials, cushion materials,

It is also possible to create a board A that is a combination of each of FIG. 9. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since at least one decorative groove is formed in the decorative surface part, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and flatness, and the decorative surface part does not become mountain-like. When using the board as a horizontal lining, the male and female connecting parts have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, so even one person can easily install it.
Moreover, the joint width (horizontal) can be made constant.
Since the groove is formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, capillarity is prevented, and the reinforcing ribs function as a rain cover inside the connection, improving the waterproofness of the connection.
Since the packing material is provided in a part of the groove or in the vicinity of the groove, the waterproofness of the connection part is greatly improved. Since the packing material itself has no adhesive properties, the board can be easily handled without adhering to other components. Since the packing material is disposed above the insertion edge, rainwater does not enter the fitting groove and does not accumulate in the fitting groove. Since the shape of the decorative groove and the shape of the joint are made to be very similar, it is possible to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, give the wall a three-dimensional feel, and improve its aesthetic appearance. The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength. Since the board can be made wide, it is easy to install, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
