[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] This invention is applicable to buildings with excellent waterproofness, design, fireproofing, and thermal insulation properties, internal and external horizontal walls of structures, and even terraced roofs. Architectural panels (hereinafter simply referred to as panels) useful for forming. [Prior art] Panels of this type that have been conventionally used include A○ Special Publication No. 51-29339, B○ Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882, and C○.
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above panel. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the A○ panel (cladding board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the copper edges and pillars, and causing moisture to enter rooms and closets. There was a drawback to giving things away. In addition, the B◯ panel had a long length from the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part, so it was weak in tensile force and had the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints could be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of damage at the rising parts during construction. In addition, the C○ panel has a complicated side surface shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear significantly on the decorative surface, making it less aesthetically pleasing. There were flaws that damaged it. In addition, since none of the panels have a backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. fire retardant,
It lacked soundproofing properties, failed to prevent deformation of the decorative surface, was prone to deformation of the panel itself, and lacked connection strength. Among this type of panels, panels having a drop-in type connection structure are also known, but these have the disadvantage of being inferior in waterproofness and workability. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a wide panel with the decorative surface part shaped like a step, and also makes the step of the decorative surface part and the step of the connecting part look very similar. A groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge of the male connecting portion provided at one end to prevent rain from returning to the connecting portion and to prevent capillary phenomenon.
Moreover, the core material bulges downward from the back surface of the facing material, and has a notch near the female connection part, which prevents direct contact between the facing material and the wall base and allows the facing material to form a thermal bridge. The purpose of the present invention is to propose a panel that has improved heat insulation and fire prevention properties, and can be easily constructed by a single worker without requiring any skill. [Structure of the invention] The structure of the panel according to the invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the above-mentioned panel A is made of, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (product name: GULF-AN, GALVALUM steel sheet, SUPER ZINK), an aluminum sheet. Surface material formed by forming metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc., or synthetic resin plates by roll or press, or by one type of extrusion molding. A core material 18 is integrally filled between the core material 1 and the back surface material 20 to form a sandwich structure. To explain further, the surface material 1 is composed of an elongated decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 4 , and a female type connecting part 12 , as shown in FIG. That is,
The decorative surface portion 2 is divided by a step piece 3 having at least one step formed at an arbitrary position (approximately the center in the figure) on the surface of the elongated plate material, as shown in the figure, parallel to the longitudinal direction of the surface. It is composed of a plurality of elongated inclined decorative surfaces (hereinafter simply referred to as decorative pieces) 2a and 2b. This stepped piece 3 not only improves the design of the panel A, but also improves the strength of the panel A, and is useful for preventing warping, flattening, and twisting. Further, the male connecting portion 4 includes an insertion edge 5 provided with the upper end of the decorative surface portion 2 protruding outward, an engagement groove 8 with the insertion edge 5 as the upper edge, and an engagement groove 8 with the insertion edge 5 as the upper edge. a nailing piece 10 with a lower edge 9 protruding outward;
It is formed from a tongue piece 11 provided at the tip of a nailing piece 10. To explain further, a groove 6 provided along the longitudinal direction of the panel A and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 7 provided at the tip thereof are formed in the middle of the upper surface of the insertion edge 5. It fits into the fitting groove 16 of the female type connecting part 12. Further, the groove portion 6 serves to return rain at the connecting portion of the panel A, prevent capillary phenomenon, and improve the waterproofness of the connecting portion. Further, the tongue piece 11 has a lower rib shape as shown in the figure at the tip of the nailing piece 10.
Alternatively, although not shown, it is formed in the shape of a ridge on the top, which prevents the tip of the nailing piece 10 from waving, prevents workers from being injured during construction, and improves work safety. It is something. Female connection part 1
2 is a step piece 1 which bends the lower end of the decorative surface part 2 inward.
3 and its lower end are bent inward to form an upper edge 14, then bent outward to form a lower edge 15, and a fitting groove formed from the upper edge 14 and the lower edge 15 into a substantially U-shaped cross section. 1
6, and a tongue piece 1 with the tip of the lower edge 15 bent into a seam shape.
7, and the lower edge 15 is inserted into the engagement groove 8 when the insertion edge 5 is fitted into the fitting groove 16, and serves to further strengthen the engagement force. The core material 18 is filled in the back surface of the decorative surface part 2 and also in the back surface of the nailing piece 10, and a cutout part 19 is provided near the female connecting part 12 . This core material 18 mainly provides heat insulation to the panel A, and is made of one type of material that has secondary functions such as an adhesive, a noncombustible material, a cushion material, and a soundproof material. Specifically, it consists of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and it consists of one type of material such as one that is discharged with raw materials, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It is something. In addition, when using a molded body, the core material 18
Adhesive (not shown) between the surface material 1 and the back material 20
is necessary. To explain further, the core material 18, as shown in FIG.
This prevents the surface material 1 from coming into contact with the wall base α, prevents the surface material 1 from forming a thermal bridge, and is useful for improving heat insulation properties. In addition, since the core material 18 is also disposed at the bottom of the joint, which is a weak point in terms of fire protection, Panel A is designed to further improve fire protection and pass the fire protection structure test and quasi-noncombustibility test. In addition, when a material with cushioning properties is used as the core material 18, it is possible to prevent the vibration of the wall base from being transmitted to the connecting portion, thereby preventing the connecting portion from coming off. As the core material 18, synthetic resin foams are mainly used, such as resins for polyurethane foam, resins for phenol foam, resins for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants, etc.
Flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide),
A material containing one or more of bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons is used. The notch 19 extends near the female connecting portion 12 over a distance W 2 from the innermost part of the engagement groove 8 to the edge of the male connecting portion 4 of panel A, which is approximately 4.
It is cut into a square shape. In particular, when W 1 and W 2 are made the same, the back side of Panel A will be flat when installed, and the wall base will be covered all over, so Panel A can have better heat insulation and fire prevention properties. can. Reference numeral 20 is a back material that covers at least the back surface of the core material 18 to make the panel A a sandwich structure, which improves the mechanical strength of the panel A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and packing. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe,
Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc., or a laminate of one or more of them, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. It consists of etc. Here, the dimensions and angles of each part of panel A will be explained as follows. That is, the first
As shown in Fig. 2, the height of the step pieces 3, 13 is
h 1 , h 2 , angles between the step pieces 3, 13 and the decorative pieces 2a, 2b are θ 1 , θ 2 , vertices 3a, 13a of the step pieces 3, 13
The height from to the back surface of the core material 18 is h 1 , h 4 , the distance from the deepest part of the engagement groove 8 to the tongue piece 11 is W 1 , and the lower edge 1
5 and the side surface 19a of the notch 19 is W 2 , h 1 = h 2 , or h 1 ≒ h 2 h 3 = h 4 , or h 3 ≒ h 4 θ 1 = θ 2 , Alternatively, the relationship is θ 1 ≈θ 2 W 1 =W 2 , or W 1 <W 2 . This is because when panel A is installed on the wall base α as shown in Figure 3, the level difference in the decorative surface part 2 and the level difference in the horizontal joint part are formed to have almost the same appearance, and the wall formed by panel A. This is to create a unified horizontal line and improve aesthetics. [Construction Example] Now, it is assumed that the panel A shown in FIG. 1 is laid horizontally as shown in FIG. 3 to form a wall. In addition, for panels A 1 and A 2 , a 0.27 mm thick color steel plate is used as the surface material 1 , aluminum kraft paper is used as the back material 20, and the core material 18 is made of the surface material 1 and the back material 2.
The raw material for polyisocyanurate foam is discharged during 0.000 hours, reacted and foamed, and then cured and integrated. Therefore, the nth panel is placed on the wall base consisting of main pillars, studs, waterproof sheets, etc. (the figure shows the wall base when no waterproof sheets are used).
The nailing piece 10 of A1 is fixed via the nail β. Next, fit the fitting groove 16 of the female connecting part 12 of panel A 2 in the n+1 stage into the insertion edge 5 of the male connecting part 4 of panel A 1 , and form the horizontal joint part as shown in Fig. 3. It is something that forms. In addition, in order to form the entire wall, the steps described above may be performed from the base to the girder. Note that it is necessary to use a starter (not shown) for the base, and caulking material and accessories for the exit and entry corners (not shown). The same process is also used to form the roof. [Other Embodiments] What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel according to the present invention, and it can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a, b to 7a to h. That is, FIGS. 4a and 4b are examples of the stepped portion of the decorative surface portion 2 ,
This is a decorative surface portion 2 in which a step piece 3 is inclined outwardly or inwardly. Figures a-h are other examples of panel A, a
The figure shows panel A with one end of the back material 20 protruding from the edge of the male connecting part 4 by Δl, and figure b shows the nailing piece 10.
Panels A and C, in which an inorganic nonflammable base material 18a is arranged on the back side of the panel, show multiple layers of core material 18 (same and different).
Panels A and d are panels formed with two or more levels of stepped pieces 3, and panels A and F are panels A, f and d, respectively, which are bent at an angle θ 5 from approximately the center of panel A and formed into a dogleg shape. Figure g shows one distribution groove 21 on the back of panel A.
In the panels A and h, which have been formed for more than one year, the tip of the lower edge 15 is bent inward, and the core material holding piece 1 is extended as it is.
This is panel A on which 7a was formed. Although not shown, a back material 2 may be attached to the back surface of the core material 18 if necessary.
It is also possible to form panel A in which no 0 is attached. Of course, the panel A may be a combination of each of FIGS. 4a and 4b to 7a to 7h. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the panel according to the invention,
Because at least one level difference is formed on the decorative surface, the strength is sufficiently reinforced to prevent warping, twisting, and
Pekotsuki can be prevented, and the decorative surface will not become mountain-like. Since the male and female connecting parts have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily constructed by one person, the joint width (horizontal) can be kept constant, and it has excellent waterproofness. Since the shape of the step and the shape of the joint are made to be very similar, it is possible to create a unified horizontal line on the wall, give the wall a three-dimensional feel, and improve its aesthetics.
Since the panels have a sandwich structure, soundproofing, heat insulation, vibration proofing, fire resistance, condensation resistance, and mechanical strength are significantly improved. Since the core material is also placed on the back side of the extension, it prevents the surface material from forming a thermal bridge, greatly improving heat insulation, and improving the fire protection of the joint, which is a weak point in terms of fire protection. Since grooves and reinforcing ribs are formed on the upper side of the insertion edge, the waterproofness of the panel connection area is improved. Since the panel can be made wide, it is easy to construct, and the width of the material can be used effectively, making it highly economical. There are other effects.
