[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of buildings and structures. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339 and Utility Model Publication No. 51-11882.
No., Jikko No. 54-26649, etc. However, the above board had various problems. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (Shimizaka), the rainwater will leak to the back side due to the structure of simply connecting flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, since the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the rising part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. Furthermore, the bond has a complicated side shape, making it difficult to mold and expensive. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a female connecting portion on one end edge of the decorative surface and a male connecting portion on the other edge, and a cover is provided on the female connecting portion. A piece and a protruding piece, an insertion groove and a fitting groove are provided, and
The male connection part has an insertion edge and an engagement groove, and the board connection structure is triple-layered, greatly strengthening the waterproofness and engagement force of the board connection part, and improving the mechanical strength of the board. Prevents warping and twisting, and
By bulging out the core material, which has heat insulating and fire retardant properties, below the surface material and placing it at the bottom of the joints, it has passed various tests such as fire protection tests, and this board can also be used as a horizontal covering. The purpose of the present invention is to propose a board that can be easily installed by one worker without requiring any skill, and that can also be used for vertical installation. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A, and includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a steel sheet plated with a zinc-nickel alloy, a steel sheet plated with an aluminum-zinc alloy (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume Steel Sheet, Super Zinc), and an aluminum sheet. , aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc. 1
A metal plate (including a flat plate and an embossed plate) or a synthetic resin plate made of seeds is formed by roll, press molding, or extrusion molding, and the surface material 1 and the back side of the surface material 1 are filled. It is formed into a sanderch structure by a core material 18 disposed in a bulging manner at the lower part thereof, and a back surface material 19 covering the back surface of the core material 18. To explain further, the surface material 1 has a decorative surface 2 as shown in FIG.
It is formed from a female type connecting part 3 and a male type connecting part 12 . Note that 1 is attached to the decorative surface 2 (not shown).
A book or a plurality of concave or convex decorative ribs may be provided. Further, as shown in an enlarged view in FIG .
90°) and its edge at an angle θ 2
2 ≒ θ 1 ), extends outward approximately parallel to the decorative surface 2, folds back the protruding cover piece 5 and its tip inward, and then bends the outer side to form the protruding piece 16. , with the cover piece 5 as the upper edge and the protruding piece 6
An insertion groove 7 having a U-shaped cross section with the lower edge
A fitting groove 8 is formed by folding the tip of the protruding piece 6 inward and then bending outward to form a U-shaped cross section.
, an extension part 10 that extends the lower edge 9 of the fitting groove 8 outward, and a flap-shaped tongue piece 1 provided at the tip of the extension part 10.
It was formed from 1. That is, the female connecting part 3 is formed by the cover piece 5, the protruding piece 6, and the extension part 10 into a substantially W-shaped cross section. As shown in FIG. 4, this is achieved by making the connection structure of the board A triple by connecting the insertion edge 14, the engagement groove 16, and the lower edge 15 of the male connection part 12 , which will be described later. It not only improves the sealing performance of the body and greatly improves the waterproof property, but also improves the mechanical strength of the board A in the longitudinal direction and is useful for preventing warping and twisting. That is, the cover piece 5 functions as a waterproof base for the joint, the insertion groove 7 fits the insertion edge 14, the protruding piece 6 engages the engagement groove 16, and the engagement groove 8 fits the lower edge. 15 is fitted. In addition, when the inclined piece 4 is used as a horizontal tension member, θ 1
≧ 90°, it improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joints, and is useful for increasing the working width. Further, the extension portion 10 is a portion where the board A is fixed with a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly enter. Furthermore, the tongue piece 11 is an extension part 1
The tip of the extension part 10 is bent into a seam shape to prevent the end of the extension part 10 from waving and to prevent injuries caused by the end part of the extension part 10 during work. As shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 3b, the male connecting portion 12 has a side wall 13 bent at an angle θ 3 (acute angle) at the other end of the decorative surface 2, and a side wall 13 with the lower end of the side wall 13 bent downward at an angle θ. 44 ≒ θ 3 ) and a lower edge 15 that bends the tip of the insertion edge 14 inward and then outwards to form an approximately U-shaped cross section. It is formed from a fitting groove 16 and a tongue piece 17 which is bent into a seam shape at the tip of the lower edge 15, and the insertion edge 14 and the lower edge 15 are connected to the insertion groove 7 and the fitting groove 8, respectively. The engagement groove 16 engages the protruding piece 6. In addition, since the side wall 13 is bent at an angle θ 3 (acute angle) at the end of the decorative surface 2, it covers the contact area between the cover piece 5 and the side wall 13 so that rainwater does not directly hit the contact area, and the connection part is waterproof. It is useful for improving the Moreover, the side walls 13 cast shadows on the joints and are useful for enhancing the three-dimensional appearance of the wall. Furthermore, the tongue piece 17 has a lower edge 15
This prevents the tip from waving, helps to smoothly fit the lower edge 15 into the fitting groove 8, and, like the tongue piece 11, improves work safety. Note that the tongue piece 17 does not have to sandwich one end of the back material 19 as shown in FIG. 1, or may be formed into a bottom flap shape so that it does not sandwich the back material 19. The core material 18 is filled in a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2, the female connecting part 3 , and the male connecting part 12 on the back side of the surface material 1 , and is disposed so as to bulge downward. It imparts heat insulation and fireproof properties to A, and is made of one type of material that additionally has functions such as adhesiveness, cushioning properties, and soundproofing properties. Specifically, it consists of one or more types of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., and is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened,
It can be self-adhesive or made of a molded body. To explain further, the core material 18 bulges below the surface material 1 and forms a cutout portion 18a near the male connecting portion 12 . When the boards A are connected , the extension part 10 of the female connecting part 3 comes into contact with this cutout part 18a, and the back surface of the board A becomes a flat surface with no gaps, and the wall base is completely covered with the core material 18. It is for the purpose of For this reason, the core material 18 is also provided at the bottom of the joint part of board A, which improves the fire resistance of the joint part, which is a weak point in terms of fire prevention. The triple connection structure with the mold connection part 12 prevents flames and hot air from entering the wall, making it possible to pass various fire protection tests. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1 , and the back material 19. The core material 18 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, sodium metaborate). , antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains,
It is made by adding one or more types of whitebait balloons. In addition, when an acidic foam such as a phenol foam resin is used as the core material 18, an anti-rust paint is applied to the back surface of the surface material 1 .
The rusting phenomenon of the surface material 1 may be prevented. moreover,
The backing material 19 covers at least the back surface of the core material 18 to make the board A a sandwich structure, improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and also serves as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shielding sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a packing material. It is useful as a function such as
For example, one or two of asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, etc. It is made of a laminate of seeds or more, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Here, the dimensional relationship of the board A according to the present invention will be explained.
