[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of buildings and structures. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, because the length of the lower edge up to the rising part of the sloped part of the board is long, it is weak against tensile force.
The disadvantage was that only an exterior without joints could be formed.
Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. Furthermore, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult to mold and expensive. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a male type connecting part on one side edge of the decorative surface and a female type connecting part on the other side edge, and also forms an engaging groove of the female type connecting part. Forming an outwardly protruding waterproof rib between the upper edge and the side wall,
In addition, the heights from the apex of the slanted piece of the male connecting part and the side wall of the female connecting part to the back surface of the waterproof rib are almost the same, so that when the wall is formed, the decorative surface of the board is flat, and the female It is possible to form a wall that serves as a joint with a double engagement structure between the engagement groove of the mold connection part and the insertion edge of the male connection part, and the fitting groove and the lower edge of the engagement groove. By forming a groove at any position such as the upper edge, lower edge, or innermost part of the groove, and planting caulking material in the groove, the waterproofness of the joint can be greatly improved, and the misalignment of the caulking material can be prevented. A drop-in type that prevents peeling and allows the caulking material to be reliably planted, and when the board is installed horizontally, it can be easily done by one worker without requiring any skill. Moreover, we propose a board that can also be used for vertical installation. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the board A is, for example, a surface-treated steel plate, a zinc-nickel alloy plated steel plate, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulfuan,
Forming metal plates (including flat plates and embossed plates) made of one type of metal plate (galvalume steel plate, super zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc., or synthetic resin plate using rolls or presses. It is formed into a sandwich shape from a surface material 1 formed by molding or extrusion, a core material 18, and a back material 19. To explain further, the surface material 1 has a long decorative surface 2, a male connecting portion 3 at one end of the decorative surface 2, and a female connecting portion 10 at the other end, as shown in FIG. be. Although not shown, one or more concave or convex decorative ribs may be provided on the decorative surface 2 to make the board A wide.
The male connecting portion 3 connects one end edge of the decorative surface 2 at an angle θ 11
An inclined piece 4 bent at an angle of 90°), an insertion edge 5 whose end edge is bent at an angle θ 21 ≒ θ 2 ), and which is approximately parallel to the decorative surface 2 or slightly inclined, and its tip. is folded inward and then bent outward to form a fitting groove 6 with a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a lower edge 7 of the fitting groove 6.
It is formed from an extension part 8 extending outwardly, and a flap-like tongue piece 9 provided at the tip of the extension part 8. To explain further, when the inclined piece 4 uses the board A as a horizontal tension, since θ 1 ≧90°,
It improves the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, enhances the three-dimensional appearance of the joints, and is useful for increasing the working width. In addition, the insertion edge 5 is formed by bending the lower end of the inclined piece 4 at an angle of θ 2 .
It is parallel to the so-called decorative surface or somewhat inclined, and engages with the engagement groove 15 of the upper or adjacent board A, as shown in FIG. Further, the extension part 8 is a part where the board A is fixed with a fixing device such as a nail at a position where it does not come into direct contact with rainwater. Further, the tongue piece 9 is formed by bending the tip of the extension part 8 into a seam shape, and prevents the end of the extension part 8 from waving and also prevents injuries caused by the end of the extension part 8 during construction. It is useful for Further, the tongue piece 9 can be formed in a lower rib shape as shown in the figure, or can be bent in an upper rib shape (not shown) to hold the end of the back material 19. The female connecting part 10 is the decorative surface 2
a side wall 11 whose other end edge is bent inward, and a side wall 11
a waterproof rib 12 whose lower end is bent outward and then folded back inward; the end edge of the waterproof rib 12 is protruded inward to form an upper edge 13; An engagement groove 15 having a substantially U-shaped cross section formed from the upper edge 13 and the lower edge 14, and the upper edge 13 or the lower edge 1.
4, and a tongue piece 17 bent in the shape of a flap at the tip of the lower edge 14. 15, it is inserted into the fitting groove 6, and is useful for further strengthening the engagement force and waterproofness.
Furthermore, the waterproof ribs 12 function as a waterproof base at the connecting portions of the boards A, and prevent rainwater from entering. Further, the tongue piece 17 prevents the tip of the lower edge 14 from waving, helps to smoothly connect the boards A, and, like the tongue piece 9, improves work safety. Further, the groove portion 16 is provided on the upper edge 13 or the lower edge 14 in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board A, and is provided with a caulking material 20 to be described later.
This serves as a guide for planting the caulking material, and also to prevent the caulking material from peeling off or shifting.
The core material 18 is filled in at least a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2 , the male connecting part 3 , and the female connecting part 10 on the back side of the surface material 1, and provides insulation to the board A. A material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness, nonflammability, cushioning properties, and soundproofing properties.
It consists of seeds or more, and is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, and self-adhesive, or it is made of a molded body. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1 , and the back material 19. To explain further,
The core material 18 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, borax, etc.).
It consists of one or more of the following: sodium metaborate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite particles, and shirasu balloons. Furthermore, core material 1
A recess 18a having a thickness approximately equal to that of the surface material 1 is provided near the female connecting portion 10 of No. 8 as necessary. This recess 1
8a is for making the decorative surface 2 flat except for the joints when the board A is installed. Note that when an acidic material such as phenol foam is used as the core material 18, it is also possible to apply an anti-rust paint to the back surface of the surface material 1 in order to prevent rusting. Furthermore, since the core material 18 is filled all over the gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 2 on the back side of the surface material 1 , the male connecting part 3 , and the female connecting part 10 , The pieces 9 bite into the wall, improving the sealing performance of the wall, thereby improving waterproofness, and making it possible to fully utilize the properties of board A, such as heat insulation and soundproofing. The back material 19 covers at least the back surface of the core material 18 to make the board A a sandwich structure, and improves the mechanical strength of the board A itself, as well as a noncombustible sheet, a waterproof membrane, a heat shield sheet, a water absorbing sheet, a soundproof sheet, and a packing material. For example, asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, gypsum paper, aluminum hydroxide paper, etc.
It is made of a laminate of one or more types of glass fiber nonwoven fabric, or a sheet that has been treated with waterproofing or flame retardant treatment. Reference numeral 20 denotes a caulking material, which is implanted in the groove 16 in the engagement groove 15 of the female connecting portion 10 described above, and is made of rubber, urethane, soft foam, hot melt, or any of these materials under high heat. It is made of a mixture of foaming and expanding borax, sodium metaborate, etc. The caulking material 20 is installed at a groove 16 formed on the upper edge 13 or a groove 1 formed on the lower edge 14, for example, as shown in FIGS. 3a to 3d.
6. It is installed in the groove 16 provided on the lower side of the waterproof rib 12 and the groove 16 provided at the innermost part of the engagement groove 15, and as shown in FIG. Insert edge 5 of adjacent board A
This greatly improves the waterproof and sealing properties of the joint. Therefore, in addition to the above-mentioned double connection structure and the tongue piece 9 biting into the core material 18,

When used as a horizontal lining, the male and female joints have the above-mentioned depressed structure, so even one person can perform the work, and the joint width can be kept constant. Since the connection structure is double and waterproof ribs are formed, the waterproofness of the joint area is improved.
The tongues of the male connecting parts of the adjacent boards bite into the back surface of the core material, and the caulking material is planted in the engagement grooves, so the waterproofness, sealing performance, and engagement force of the connecting parts are greatly improved. The board has a sanderch structure, which improves its strength. It is highly economical because the width of the material can be used effectively. Since the walls are flat except for the joints, accessories used as accessories can be simple and long. Because the caulking material is planted in the groove, there is no peeling or shifting, and the waterproofing and sealing effects of the caulking material are reliably exhibited when the boards are connected.
There are other effects.
