[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) useful for forming internal and external walls of buildings and structures, especially horizontal walls. Regarding. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-29339, Utility Model Publication No. 51-11982,
Special Publication No. 4-26649, etc. however,
There were various problems with the above board. In other words, if rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater will leak to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and causing moisture in the room and closet. There were some drawbacks. In addition, because the length of the lower edge up to the rising part of the sloped part of the board is long, it is weak against tensile force.
The disadvantage was that only an exterior without joints could be formed.
Moreover, although the exterior was originally without joints, due to the skill of the builder, the exterior was made up of joints of varying widths, some without joints, some with joints, and there was a risk of injury from the rising parts during construction. Furthermore, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult to mold and expensive. [Purpose of the invention] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention forms a male type connecting part on one side edge of the decorative surface and a female type connecting part on the other side edge, and also forms an inclined piece of the male type connecting part. The heights of the side walls of the female joint are almost the same, and when the wall is formed, the decorative surface of the board is flat, making it easy for one worker to install the board without requiring any skill. It is a drop-in type that can form a joint with a double engagement structure between the lower edge of the fitting groove of the female type connection part, the protruding piece of the male type connection part, and the engagement groove. In addition, a protrusion is provided at the tip of the protruding piece to prevent capillary formation and to return rain.
It improves the engagement force and waterproofness of the joint part, and in addition, the tip of the lower edge of the fitting groove is folded inward to form a core material holding piece, strengthening the integration of the surface material, core material, and back material. The present invention proposes a board that can also be used for vertical installation. [Structure of the invention] Representative embodiments of the board according to the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, the first
The figure is a perspective view showing the above-mentioned board A. 1 is a surface material, such as a surface-treated steel plate, a steel plate plated with zinc or nickel alloy, an aluminum/zinc alloy plated steel plate (product name: Gulfuan, Galvalume steel plate,
metal plate (flat plate, super zinc), aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate, copper plate, etc.
(including embossed plates) or synthetic resin plates formed by rolls, presses, or extrusion. That is,
The surface material 1 is formed from a decorative surface 2, a male connecting part 3 , and a female connecting part 12 , as shown in FIG. To explain further, the decorative surface 2 is horizontally long, and has a male type connecting part 3 on one side edge and a female type connecting part 1 on the other side edge.
2. Although not shown, in order to make the board A wide, the decorative surface 2 may be provided with one or more groove-shaped or protruding decorative ribs. The male connecting portion 3 connects one side edge of the decorative surface 2 at an angle θ 1
an inclined piece 4 bent at an angle of (θ 1 ≧90°); a protruding piece 5 whose end edge is bent at an angle θ 22 ≈θ 1 ) and extended outward substantially parallel to the decorative surface 2; An engagement groove 7 whose tip is folded inward and then bent outward to form a substantially U-shaped cross section, and a lower edge 8 of the engagement groove 7
It is formed from an extension part 9 extending outwardly, a protrusion 10 formed in the middle of the extension part 9 if necessary, and a flap-like tongue piece 11 provided at the tip of the extension part 9. To explain further, the inclined piece 4 is connected to the board A.
When laid horizontally, θ 1 ≧90°, which improves the flow of rainwater and prevents rainwater from accumulating in the joints, promotes the three-dimensional appearance of the joints, and reduces the working width. It is something that will help you grow. Further, the protruding piece 5 is formed by bending the lower end of the inclined piece 4 at an angle of θ 22 ≒ θ 1 ), and is parallel to the so-called decorative surface 2 or is slightly inclined, and as shown in FIG. It is useful as a waterproof base for joints. Furthermore, the protruding piece 5 also fits into a fitting groove 16 described later, and together with the engagement between the engaging groove 7 and the lower edge 15 described later,
By doubling the connection structure of the boards A, the engagement force of the boards A is strengthened and the connection part is made waterproof. Further, at the tip of the upper surface 5a of this protruding piece 5, a protrusion 6 is provided which protrudes upward in parallel to the longitudinal direction of the board A. As shown in FIG. 3, this protrusion 6 presses the upper edge of the fitting groove 16 of the upper board A or the adjacent board A when the boards A are connected, and presses the upper edge of the fitting groove 16 of the upper board A or the adjacent board A.
By creating a space between the upper edge 14 of the fitting groove 16 and the upper edge 14 of the fitting groove 16, it prevents capillary action and serves as a rain cover. Therefore, the waterproofness of the connecting portion of board A is greatly improved. Note that the core material 18 may not be interposed between the upper surface 5a of the protruding piece 5 and the upper edge 7a of the engagement groove 7, as shown in the figure, or the core material 18 may be interposed, although not shown. good. Further, the extension part 9 is a part where the board A is fixed with a fixing device such as a nail at a position where it does not come into direct contact with rainwater. Note that a protrusion 10 may be provided in the middle of the extension portion 9 as shown in the figure. Furthermore, the tongue piece 11 is formed by bending the tip of the extension part 9 into a seam shape, and prevents the end of the extension part 9 from waving, and also prevents the end part of the extension part 9 from waving during construction.
This serves to prevent injury from the end of the extension 9. Further, the tongue piece 11 can be formed into a bottom seam shape as shown in the figure, or can be bent into a top seam shape (not shown) so as to clamp the end of the back material 19, which will be described later. The female connecting portion 12 has a side wall 13 with the other side edge of the decorative surface 2 bent inward, an upper edge 14 with its lower end bent inward, and a lower edge 15 with the tip of the upper edge 14 bent outward. The fitting groove 16 is formed into a substantially U-shaped cross section, and the core material holding piece 17 is formed by folding the tip of the lower edge 15 inward and protruding inward from the innermost part of the fitting groove 16. As shown in FIG. 3, the lower edge 15 is designed to insert the engagement groove 7 when fitting the protruding piece 5 into the fitting groove 16 to further strengthen the engagement force and waterproofness. It's useful. In addition, when a molded body is used as the core material 18, which will be described later, the core material clamping piece 17 clamps the end of the core material 18, strengthens the integration of the core material 18 and the surface material 1 , and prevents the use of adhesive. This helps reduce the amount. Furthermore, when a material that is discharged as a raw material, reacted, and foamed is used for the core material 18, it also helps to prevent leakage of the core material 18 on the female connecting portion 12 side. Further, due to its protruding length, the core material holding piece 17 strongly presses against the protrusion 10 or the tongue piece 11 in the connection structure of the board A, and is useful for strengthening the engagement force and waterproofness. The core material 18 is filled in at least a gutter-shaped portion surrounded by the decorative surface 2 , the male connecting portion 3 , and the female connecting portion 12 on the back side of the surface material 1, and provides insulation to the board A. It is made of a type of material that has secondary functions such as adhesiveness, nonflammability, cushioning properties, and soundproofing properties. Specifically, it consists of one type of synthetic resin foam, rock wool, glass wool, sheathing board, gypsum board, wood wool cement board, etc., which is discharged as a raw material, molded, hardened, self-adhesive, or a molded body. It consists of seeds. Note that when a molded body is used, an adhesive (not shown) is required between the core material 18, the surface material 1 , and the back material 19. To explain further, the core material 18 is mainly made of synthetic resin foam, such as resin for polyurethane foam, resin for phenol foam, resin for polyisocyanurate foam, and flame retardants and flame retardant aids (borax, methane). It consists of one or more of the following: sodium borate, antimony trioxide, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide), bentonite, pearlite grains, and shirasu balloons. In addition, on the back side of the core material 18, depending on the thickness of the surface material 1 and the height of the tongue piece 11, a recessed part 18a having a depth of about 1 to 2 mm was provided near the lower edge 15, and the board A was connected to the recessed part 18a. In this case, it is possible to ensure that the decorative surfaces 2 are substantially flush with each other. Furthermore, the backing material 19 covers at least the backside of the core material 18 to make the board A a sandwich structure, improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself, and improving the mechanical strength of the board A itself.
It serves as a water absorbing sheet, soundproof sheet, packing material, etc., such as asbestos paper, kraft paper, asphalt felt, metal foil (Al, Fe, Pb, Cu), synthetic resin sheet, rubber sheet, cloth sheet, plaster.
