[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that is useful for forming horizontal and vertical walls inside and outside buildings and structures. ) regarding. [Prior art] This type of board that has been used in the past includes Tokoku No. 51-29339, Utility Model No. 51-11882,
There is Jikko No. 54-26649. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, the above board had various problems. In other words, when rainwater is blown by the wind on the board (closing board), the rainwater leaks to the back side because it is simply a connecting structure between flat plates, corroding the edges and pillars, and adding moisture to the room and closet. There was a drawback. In addition, because the length of the sloped part of the lower edge to the finished part of the board is long, it is weak in tensile force and has the disadvantage that only an exterior without joints can be formed. Moreover, although the exterior originally had no joints, due to the skill of the builder, it became an exterior consisting of joints of varying widths, with and without joints.
There was a risk of injury from the finished part during construction.
In addition, the board has a complicated side shape, making it difficult and expensive to mold.Furthermore, there are no reinforcing ribs on the flat part, so warping, twisting, etc. appear on the decorative surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance. It was hot. In addition, since all boards have no backing material and the wall base and surface material are in direct contact, condensation forms on the back of the decorative surface, leading to rust and corrosion of the wall base, and the insulation of the wall itself. It lacks fireproofing and soundproofing properties, cannot prevent the decorative surface from deforming, and has the disadvantages that the board itself is easily deformed and lacks connection strength.
Furthermore, these boards had the drawback of lacking a three-dimensional effect. [Means for solving the problem] In order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention has the following features:
The decorative surface part is formed from a plurality of trapezoidal decorative surfaces to prevent the board from twisting and warping, and the board is formed wide to improve workability and economic efficiency.
By making the decorative surface trapezoidal, the width of the surface material is effectively utilized, and the horizontal decorative pieces of the decorative surface stand out through diffused reflection and specular reflection, forming a wall full of three-dimensionality. In addition, the shape of the male type connecting part is formed by the insertion edge and the engagement groove, the shape of the female type connection part is formed by the fitting groove, and the connecting structure of the board is formed by the insertion edge, the fitting groove, and the engagement groove. This is a drop-in type that doubles the lower edge of the mating groove to strengthen waterproofness, packability, and engagement force, and is easy to install and can be done by one person when using the board as a horizontal support. In addition, we propose a board that can be used vertically. [Example] Representative examples of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is,
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the board A, which includes, for example, a surface-treated steel sheet, a zinc-nickel alloy plated steel sheet, an aluminum-zinc alloy plated steel sheet (trade name: GULF-AN, Galvalume steel plate, Superging), an aluminum plate, an aluminum alloy plate, Surface formed by one type of metal plate (including flat plate, embossed plate), or synthetic resin plate made of one type of copper plate, stainless steel plate, clad steel plate, vibration damping steel plate, etc., by one type of roll, press, or extrusion molding. It is formed from a material 1 , a core material 16 filled in the back surface of the surface material 1, and a sheet-like back material 17 covering the back surface of the core material 16. To explain further, the surface material 1
As shown in the figure, it is composed of a decorative surface part 2 , a male type connecting part 4 , and a female type connecting part 12 . moreover,
The decorative surface portion 2 is composed of decorative surfaces 3 and 3' each having a substantially trapezoidal cross section. This makeup surface 3,
3' is a horizontal decorative piece (hereinafter simply referred to as a decorative piece)
3a, 3a', and inclined decorative pieces 3b, 3c, 3 inclined at angles θ 1 to θ 4 (all obtuse angles) on both side edges of each.
b', 3c', the decorative pieces 3a, 3a' and the inclined decorative pieces 3b, 3b', the diffuse reflection and specular reflection between the decorative pieces 3a, 3a' and the inclined decorative pieces 3c, 3c', and the inclined decorative pieces 3c. , 3b' and the shadows make the decorative pieces 3a, 3a' stand out, thereby improving the three-dimensional effect of the wall. Moreover, the cosmetic surface part 2 is the cosmetic surface 3,
3', the surface material 1 is reinforced because it is divided into multiple parts.
This is useful for preventing warping, twisting, and twisting, and for forming board A with a wide width. Furthermore, θ 1 ~
Since θ 4 is formed at an obtuse angle, the use of the surface material 1 per unit area of the wall body is reduced, and the surface material 1 can be effectively utilized, thereby improving economic efficiency. The male connecting portion 4 includes an insertion edge 5 that projects the edge of the inclined decorative piece 3b outward, and an engagement groove 8 with the insertion edge 5 as an upper edge.
Extension portion 10 that protrudes outward from the lower edge 9 of the engagement groove 8
It is composed of. To explain further,
The insertion edge 5 is a fitting groove 13 of a female connecting portion 12 which will be described later.
and the engagement groove 8 is inserted into the lower edge 14 of the engagement groove 13.
This doubles the connecting structure of Board A to strengthen waterproofness, engagement force, and packability, and allows Board A to be used both horizontally and vertically. It is. Further, on the upper side of the insertion edge 5, a groove 6 recessed parallel to the longitudinal direction and a reinforcing rib (pipe-shaped in the figure) 7 at the tip are formed as necessary. This groove 6 serves to form a void in the connecting structure of the board A, as shown in FIG. 3, and to prevent capillary action. Further, the reinforcing ribs 7 function as rain repellents within the connection structure of the boards A, prevent capillary action in the grooves 6, and strengthen the waterproofness of the connection portions. Further, the extension part 10 is a part where the board A is fixed to the wall base using a fixing device such as a nail at a position where rainwater does not directly intrude. Furthermore, a tongue piece 11 bent into a flap shape is formed at the end edge of the extension part 10 as required. This tongue piece 11 prevents the tip of the extension part 10 from waving, and also prevents injuries caused by the edge of the extension part 10 during work. Note that the tongue piece 11 is formed into a bottom ridge shape as shown in the figure, or an upper ridge shape, and holds the edge of the back material 17 and holds the core material 1.
It is also possible to strengthen the integration of the core material 16 and the surface material 1 and to prevent leakage of the core material 16. The female connecting part 12 has a fitting groove 13 whose cross section is formed in a substantially U-shape by turning the end edge of the inclined decorative piece 3c' inward, and a fitting groove 13 formed at the tip of the lower edge 14 of the fitting groove 13 as necessary. It is formed from a tongue piece 15 which is bent into a seam shape. This fitting groove 13 fits the insertion edge 5, and the lower edge 14 engages with the engagement groove 8, thereby making the connection structure of the board A double. Further, the tongue piece 15 prevents the edge of the lower edge 14 from waving, makes it easier to insert the lower edge 14 into the engagement groove 8, and prevents injury caused by the edge of the lower edge 14. It is also possible to form a board A that is a combination of q. In addition, FIG. 6 and FIG. 8 are shown with plate thickness omitted. [Effects of the invention] As mentioned above, according to the board according to the invention,
Since the male and female joints have the above-mentioned drop-in structure, it can be easily carried out by one person, and the joint width can be kept constant. Since the decorative surface portion is formed from a plurality of decorative surfaces, twisting, warping, and flattening can be prevented even if the board is formed wide.
Since the shape of each decorative surface is trapezoidal, the amount of surface material used per unit area of the wall is small, and the surface material can be used effectively. Since the decorative surface is trapezoidal, it is possible to form a wall with a rich three-dimensional effect due to the diffused reflection, specular reflection, and shadow between the horizontal decorative piece and the inclined decorative piece. Since the board can be formed into a wide width, construction efficiency and economic efficiency are improved. Since the connecting structure of the boards is double, the engagement force, waterproofness, and packability are improved. Since the groove is formed on the upper surface of the insertion edge, capillary phenomenon can be prevented. A reinforcing rib is formed at the tip of the insertion edge to prevent rain from returning within the connection structure.
The waterproofness of the connecting part is strengthened. The board has a sanderch structure, which greatly improves mechanical strength. The board can be stretched vertically or horizontally. It has the following characteristics.
