装置の要部の平面図、第4図は第1図のエンドキ
ヤツプの右半分を削除して示すリニアガイド装置
の正面図、第5図は第1図のエンドキヤツプの取
付け態様を説明する斜視図、第6図は第2実施例
の要部拡大断面図、第7図は第3実施例の要部拡
大断面図である。 図中、1はガイドレール、2はスライダ、2A
はスライダ本体、3A,3bは(ガイドレールの
)ボール転動溝、5A,5Bは(スライダの)ボ
ール転動溝、7A,7Bはボール戻り通路、8は
エンドキヤツプ、8aはエンドキヤツプの接合端
面、9A,9Bは湾曲路、12は給油溝、20は
帯状突起、Bはボールである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 両側面に軸方向の転動体転動溝を有して長
    く延びるガイドレールと、該ガイドレール上に移
    動可能に遊嵌されると共にガイドレールのボール
    転動溝に対向するボール転動溝及びこれに平行す
    る転動体戻り通路としての貫通孔を有するスライ
    ダ本体と、前記転動体戻り通路と転動体転動溝と
    を連通せしめる湾曲路および該湾曲路への給油溝
    を有してスライダ本体の端部に接合れさるエンド
    キヤツプと、転動体転動溝内に転動可能に挿入さ
    れた多数の転動体とを備えたリニアガイド装置に
    おいて、 前記エンドキヤツプのスライダ本体との接合端
    面に、該エンドキヤツプをスライダ本体へ接合せ
    しめる際の締め付け力で変形してエンドキヤツプ
    とスライダ本体との間の接合すきまを埋めて密着
    させる帯状突起を、前記エンドキヤツプの接合端
    面の外周縁に沿い一体成形し、給油溝から外部へ
    の潤滑油の漏洩を阻止することを特徴とするリニ
    アガイド装置の漏油防止構造。 (2) 帯状突起を、前記エンドキヤツプの接合端
    面の最外周縁に沿つて形成した実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第1項記載のリニアガイド装置の漏油防止
    構造。 (3) 帯状突起を、前記エンドキヤツプの接合端
    面の最外周縁から若干の平面部をおいて内側に形
    成した実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のリニ
    アガイド装置の漏油防止構造。 (4) 帯状突起を、複数条づつ平行に形成した実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第2項または第3項に記載
    のリニアガイド装置の漏油防止構造。
