従来のリニアガイド装置のエンドキヤツプ右半分
を切除して示す正面図、第8図は第7図のボール
転動溝部分を模式的に表した正面図である。 1は案内レール、2はスライダ、2Aはスライ
ダ本体、3aは(案内レールの)上ボール転動溝

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 両側面に平行する軸方向のボール転動溝を有し
    て延長された案内レールと、該案内レール上に軸
    方向に移動可能に跨架されるとともに案内レール
    のボール転動溝に対向させたボール転動溝を内側
    面に及びこれに平行するボール戻し路を肉厚内に
    有するスライダ本体と、前記ボール戻し路とボー
    ル転動溝とを連通せしめる半円弧状の湾曲路を有
    してスライダ本体の端部に接合されたエンドキヤ
    ツプと、対向する前記ボール転動溝、ボール戻し
    路及び湾曲路内に転動自在に挿入された多数のボ
    ールとを備えたリニアガイド装置において、 前記案内レール及びスライダ本体の各ボール転
    動溝の溝フランク面と該フランク面に連なるラン
    ド面との境界稜線部を円弧形状にて連続させたこ
    とを特徴とするリニアガイド装置。
