トの縦断側面図、第７図は要部縦断側面図、第８
図はナツト全体の正面図である。 図中、１はねじ軸、２はその外周面の螺旋溝、
３はボールナツト、３Ａ，３Ｂ，３０Ａはそれぞ
れナツト半体、４はボールナツトの内周面の螺旋
溝、５はボール、６はボール循環溝、７はボール
案内路、９は割面、１２は案内突起である。

Claims (1)
- 外周面に螺旋溝を設けたねじ軸と、該ねじ軸の
螺旋溝と対応する螺旋溝を内周面に設けたボール
ナツトと、前記両方の螺旋溝に嵌合し転動自在な
多数のボールとを備え、前記ボールナツトは相隣
る螺旋溝の間に形成され、前記ボールナツトの螺
旋溝より深い部分を有する長Ｓ字状のボール循環
溝を有し、該ボール循環溝により前記ねじ軸の螺
旋溝に沿つて転動するボールが前記ねじ軸の相隣
る螺旋溝の間に形成されている峰部に沿つて案内
され、該峰部を乗り越えて前記ねじ軸の螺旋溝に
戻され循環する内部循環方式のボールねじにおい
て、前記ボールナツトは別々に射出成形された半
割形状のナツト半体同士を一体に結合してなり、
かつそのナツト半体の少なくとも一方に前記ボー
ル循環溝を備えたことを特徴とするボールねじ。
