Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 両側面に軸方向のボール転動溝を有して軸方向
    に延長された案内レールと、該案内レール上に軸
    方向に移動可能に遊嵌されるとともに案内レール
    のボール転動溝に対向するボール転動溝を内側面
    に及びこれに平行するボール戻し路としての貫通
    孔を肉厚内に有するスライダ本体と、前記ボール
    戻し路とボール転動溝とを連通せしめる半円弧状
    の湾曲路を有してスライダ本体の端部に接合され
    たエンドキヤツプと、上記対向する両ボール転動
    溝、ボール戻し路及び湾曲路内に装填された多数
    のボールとを備えたリニアガイド装置におけるア
    ンダーシールの組付け構造であつて、 前記エンドキヤツプのスライダ本体との接合端
    面にアンダーシールの端部が差し込まれるシール
    保持溝を設けるとともに、前記スライダ本体の袖
    部の下端面より引込んだアンダーシール収容段部
    を設け、一方、アンダーシールは該アンダーシー
    ル収容段部面に当接される心金と、該心金の外縁
    から突出し前記案内レールの側面に摺接されるリ
    ツプ部及び長さ方向の両端部に突設された弾性突
    起を有して心金に固着されたゴム体とを備えたこ
    とを特徴とするアンダーシール組付け構造。
