Abstract
一种适应短行程的滑块,包括:一滑块主体,滑块主体内部的左右两侧分别设有用于滚珠流动的滚道,滚道有两条呈上下平行分布;二端盖,端盖分别固定安装在滑块主体两端面上、端盖与滑块主体之间密封配合并形成有油路系统;二保持架,保持架分别安装在滑块主体内部的左右两侧,保持架上设有两条辅助滚珠滚动的滚动槽体;所述保持架上设有引流油道,引流油道的端部连通于油路系统,引流油道位于两条滚动槽体之间,引流油道的侧边开有连通于滚动槽体的出油口,该滑块结构设计合理,润滑油通过油路可以快速的进入需要润滑的上下两层循环滚珠内,从而彻底解决短行程带来的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及滑块领域,尤其涉及一种适应短行程的滑块。
背景技术
直线导轨运动的作用是用来支撑和引导运动部件,按给定的方向做往复直线运动。但目前的直线导轨有在非常短行程的往复运动,然而滑块中油路系统的润滑油是从滑块的两个端部进入滚道中,这样在短行程往复运动中,润滑油是无法给到中间位置滚道的滚珠上,因此影响中间部分滚珠的流畅性。
从对比文件中公开号为CN103644201、公开日为2014.03.19的内容来看,油路是从密封体进入并分布到左右两侧的滚道中,该结构存在以下几个问题:其一、主油路距离滚珠太远,即支油路太长,在滑块侧装的时候受重力影响,一侧的润滑油是很难流到滚珠;其二、密封体上的油路只能给到位于上层的滚珠,无法给到位于下层的滚珠,因此实际上是无法解决短行程带来的问题,位于下层的滚珠是无法得到润滑油。
发明内容
本发明要解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种适应短行程的滑块,该滑块结构设计合理,润滑油在进入主油道后可以快速的通过两个支油路进入上下两层循环轨道中对滚珠进行润滑,从而彻底解决短行程带来的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种适应短行程的滑块,包括:
一滑块主体,滑块主体内部的左右两侧分别设有用于滚珠流动的滚道,滚道有两条呈上下平行分布;
二端盖,端盖分别固定安装在滑块主体两端面上、端盖与滑块主体之间密封配合并形成有油路系统;
二保持架,保持架分别安装在滑块主体内部的左右两侧,保持架上设有两条辅助滚珠滚动的滚动槽体;
所述保持架上设有引流油道,引流油道的端部连通于油路系统,引流油道位于两条滚动槽体之间,引流油道的侧边开有连通于滚动槽体的出油口,设有设置在保持架上与油路系统连接的引流通道,引流通道通过出油口分别与保持架上下两层的滚动槽体连接,滑块在侧装时,润滑油在经过油路系统后进入两个引流通道内,由于出油口的通道很短,润滑油可以很快的通过出油口进入上下两层的滚动槽体内对滚珠进行润滑,保证滑块的正常使用寿命。
为了进一步完善,位于两条滚动槽体之间保持架区域密封贴合在滑块主体内部,引流油道为设于保持架表面的凹槽结构,凹槽结构与滑块主体之间形成引流油道,引流通道为设置在保持架表面的凹槽结构,便于保持架的生产和加工,通过保持架与滑块主体内部进行密封形成引流通道,保证引流通道的密封性良好,避免润滑油的泄漏。
进一步完善,出油口有若干个并间隔分布,设有若干个出油口,便于对短行程滑块内滚动槽体中各个部分的滚珠进行润滑,便于延长滑块的使用寿命。
进一步完善,保持架两端分别设有储油内腔,储油内腔位于引流油道端部与油路系统之间并与之连通,在保持架内设有储油内腔,使得灌入滑块油路系统内的润滑油有一部分会储存在储油内腔里,在滚珠外侧的润滑油逐渐消耗的过程中,储油内腔内的润滑油会通过虹吸效应通过引流通道进入相应的滚动槽体内对滚动槽体内的润滑油的含量进行补充。
本发明有益的效果是:本发明结构设计合理,设有设置在保持架上与油路系统连接的引流通道,引流通道通过出油口分别与保持架上下两层的滚动槽体连接,滑块在侧装时,润滑油在经过油路系统后进入两个引流通道内,由于出油口的通道很短,润滑油可以很快的通过出油口进入上下两层的滚动槽体内对滚珠进行润滑,保证滑块的正常使用寿命。

如图1、4和7所示,一种适应短行程的滑块,包括:
滑块主体1,如图4所示,滑块主体1内部的左右两侧分别设有用于滚珠流动的滚道2,滚道2有两条呈上下平行分布;
二端盖3,如图1所示,端盖3分别固定安装在滑块主体1两端面上、端盖3与滑块主体1之间密封配合并形成有油路系统;
二保持架4,如图7所示,保持架4分别安装在滑块主体1内部的左右两侧,保持架4上设有两条辅助滚珠滚动的滚动槽体5;
如图5所示,所述保持架4上设有引流油道6,引流油道6的端部连通于油路系统,引流油道6位于两条滚动槽体5之间,引流油道6的侧边开有连通于滚动槽体5的出油口7,位于两条滚动槽体5之间保持架4区域密封贴合在滑块主体1内部,引流油道6为设于保持架4表面的凹槽结构,凹槽结构与滑块主体1之间形成引流油道6,出油口7设有一个。

如图6所示,所述保持架4上设有引流油道6,引流油道6的端部连通于油路系统,引流油道6位于两条滚动槽体5之间,引流油道6的侧边开有连通于滚动槽体5的出油口7,位于两条滚动槽体5之间保持架4区域密封贴合在滑块主体1内部,引流油道6为设于保持架4表面的凹槽结构,凹槽结构与滑块主体1之间形成引流油道6,出油口7有三个并间隔分布。

如图1-4所示,一种适应短行程的滑块,包括:
滑块主体1,如图4所示,滑块主体1内部的左右两侧分别设有用于滚珠流动的滚道2,滚道2有两条呈上下平行分布;
二端盖3,如图1所示,端盖3分别固定安装在滑块主体1两端面上、端盖3与滑块主体1之间密封配合并形成有油路系统;
二保持架4,如图7所示,保持架4分别安装在滑块主体1内部的左右两侧,保持架4上设有两条辅助滚珠滚动的滚动槽体5;
如图6所示,所述保持架4上设有引流油道6,引流油道6的端部连通于油路系统,引流油道6位于两条滚动槽体5之间,引流油道6的侧边开有连通于滚动槽体5的出油口7。
如图3和6所示,位于两条滚动槽体5之间保持架4区域密封贴合在滑块主体1内部,引流油道6为设于保持架4表面的凹槽结构,凹槽结构与滑块主体1之间形成引流油道6,出油口7有三个并间隔分布,出油口7有三个并间隔分布,保持架4两端分别设有储油内腔8,储油内腔8位于引流油道6端部与油路系统之间并与之连通。
本发明在侧装使用时,通过滑块的油路系统将润滑有输送至引流通道6内,由于引流通道6上开设的与滚动槽体5连接的出油口7很短,润滑油在进入引流通道6后通过引流通道6上的出油口7分别注入到保持架4上的两层滚动槽体5内对滚珠进行润滑。
虽然本发明已通过参考优选的实施例进行了图示和描述,但是,本专业普通技术人员应当了解,在权利要求书的范围内,可作形式和细节上的各种各样变化。
Claims (2)
1.一种适应短行程的滑块,包括:
一滑块主体(1),滑块主体(1)内部的左右两侧分别设有用于滚珠流动的滚道(2),滚道(2)有两条呈上下平行分布;
二端盖(3),端盖(3)分别固定安装在滑块主体(1)两端面上、端盖(3)与滑块主体(1)之间密封配合并形成有油路系统;
二保持架(4),保持架(4)分别安装在滑块主体(1)内部的左右两侧,保持架(4)上设有两条辅助滚珠滚动的滚动槽体(5);
其特征是:所述保持架(4)上设有引流油道(6),引流油道(6)的端部连通于油路系统,引流油道(6)位于两条滚动槽体(5)之间,引流油道(6)的侧边开有连通于滚动槽体(5)的出油口(7);
位于两条滚动槽体(5)之间保持架(4)区域密封贴合在滑块主体(1)内部,引流油道(6)为设于保持架(4)表面的凹槽结构,保持架(4)内的凹槽结构与滑块主体(1)内部进行密封形成引流通道;
所述保持架(4)两端分别设有储油内腔(8),储油内腔(8)位于引流油道(6)端部与油路系统之间并与之连通,储油内腔(8)内的润滑油通过虹吸效应进入相应的滚动槽体(5)内对滚动槽体(5)内的润滑油的含量进行补充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适应短行程的滑块,其特征是:所述出油口(7)有若干个并间隔分布。
