Claims (1)
- 原料ガスを導入した容器内に少なくとも一対の
電極を互いに対向させて配置し、これらの電極に
高周波電力を供給して蒸着またはエツチングを行
う高周波電極において、一方の電極上に載置した
ウエハに対向する他方の電極の対向面が、前記ウ
エハの中心部から外周に行くに従い前記ウエハ側
に膨出していることを特徴とする高周波電極。
