Claims (33)
- 1.以下の構成を備えた液体サンプル中の分析物の定量用装置、 (a)定量される分析物、前記の分析物の同族体、ないし前記の分析物の特異的 に結合する非固相レセプターのうちの少なくとも1つのサンプルを含む第1のゾ ーンであって、前記の第1ゾーンサンプルはラベルを有するもの、 (b)前記の第1のゾーンと少なくとも部分的に液体接触状態にある第2のゾー ン、前記の第2のゾーンはサンプルを含む非結合ラベルに結合している固相結合 レセプターを含む、 (c)検知可能な部分を形成するために少なくとも前記のラベルと結合している 反応性成分を含む第3のゾーン、 (d)前記の第2のゾーンと液体接触状態にある第4ゾーンで、前記の第4のゾ ーン前記の第2のゾーンから通過する液体サンプルの受容に適合している。
- 2.以下の構成を備えた液体サンプル中の分析物の定量用装置、 (a)前記の分析物と特異的に結合する異なる非固相結合レセプターの複数個の サンプルを含む第1のゾーンで、前記のレセプターの1つはラベルを有し、いま 1つは有していない第1のゾーン、(b)前記の第1のゾーンと部分的に液体接 触状態にある第2のゾーンで、前記の第2のゾーンが、ラベルを有せず、前記の ラベルされたレセプターと特異的に結合していない前記の第1のゾーンのレセプ ターに結合する固相レセプターを含む、 (c)検知可能な部分を生成するために少なくとも前記のラベルと結合している 反応性成分を含む第3のゾーン、 (d)前記の第2のゾーンと液体接触状態にある第4ゾーンで、前記の第4のゾ ーンは前記の第2のゾーンから通過する液体サンプルの受容に適合している。

- 23.サンプルを固相サポートと接触し、前記サポートを第1のモノクローナル 抗体成分およびラベルモノクローナル抗体ないしフラグメントの複合体の形成に 有利な条件下で前記の第1のモノクローナル抗体および前記のラベルモノクロー ナル抗体ないしモノクローナル抗体フラグメントが同一種から選ばれる場合の前 記の成分に結合する前記の成分およびラベルモノクローナル抗体ないしモノクロ ーナル抗体フラグメントに結合する除去可能な第1のモノクローナル抗体に組入 れ、前記の複合体を前記の複合体と固定化レセプターとの間での4成分複合体を 形成するに有利な条件下で前記ラベルモノクローナル抗体ないしフラグメントで はなく前記第1のモノクローナル抗体と結合する固定化第2のレセプターと接触 し、前記の成分の測定として前記の4成分複合体中ないし前記のサンプルの残渣 中のラベルを測定することよりなる液体サンプルの成分の定量方法。
- 24.前記の第2のレセプターが前記の第1のモノクローナル抗体のFc部分に 特異的な抗体である請求項23記載のの方法。
- 25.前記の第2のレセプターが抗体であり前記のフラグメントがFabフラグ メントである請求項2記載の方法。
- 26.前記のサンプルが前記のモノクローナル抗体フラグメントおよび前記のモ ノクローナル抗体と同時に接触する請求項23記載の方法。
- 27.前記のサンプルが前記の第1のモノクローナル抗体および前記のラベルさ れたモノクローナル抗体ないしモノクローナル抗体フラグメントと連続して接触 する請求項23記載の方法。
- 28.前記のモノクローナル抗体フラグメントラベルが酵素である請求項23記 載の方法。
- 29.前記のモノクローナル抗体フラグメントラベルが放射活性である請求項2 3記載の方法。
- 30.前記のモノクローナル抗体フラグメントラベルが蛍光性である請求項23 記載の方法。
- 31.前記の酵素がベーターガラクトシダーゼである請求の項23記載の方法。
- 32.前記の測定が前記の4成分複合体と前記のラベルのための有色形成基質と 接触し前記の成分の測定として形成した有色を測定することよりなる請求項23 記載の方法。
- 33.前記の第1のモノクローナル抗体がビオチンアビジン複合体の1員を有し 前記の固定化第2のレセプターが前記の複合体の結合対象物である請求項23記 載の方法。
