Claims (9)
- 1.式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼ (式中、Yは水素、ニトロ、メチルチオ、メチルスルホキシまたはメチルスルホ ニルであり、 R1はアルキル、ハロアルキル、シクロアルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、ア ルコキシ、アラルキル、アラルケニル、アリール、芳香族複素環式であり、R2 は水素、アルキル、ハロアルキル、シクロアルキル、アルケニル、アルキニル、 アルコキシ、アラルキル、アラルケニル、アリール、芳香族複素環式であり、 R1とR2が−緒に1個の酸素原子であり、R3は水素であり、そして R2とR3が−緒に1個の共有結合である)を有する化合物を、式IIIを有す るα,α−ジフルオロアルキルアミンフッ素化剤を用いて製造する方法であって 、当該方法は、加圧下で式 ▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼II(式中、YおよびRは前記に定義の通り である)を有する化合物を式III▲数式、化学式、表等があります▼III( 式中、X1は塩素またはフッ素であり、X2は塩素、フッ素またはトリフルオロ メチルであり、単独に選択されるR4およびR5は低級アルキルであり、そして 結合した窒素原子と−緒に選択されるR4およびR5は5〜7個の環原子を有す る複素環式基の残基を表わす)を有するα,α−ジフルオロアルキルアミンフッ 素化剤で処理することから成る、前記方法。
- 2.反応を約60psi〜約100psiの圧力で行なう請求項1に記載の方法 。
- 3.反応を不活性有機溶媒中で行なう請求項2に記載の方法。
- 4.不活性有機溶媒が塩化メチレン、クロロホルム、メチルクロロホルム、1, 1,1−トリクロロエチレン、ジクロロエタン、クロロベンゼン、1,2−ジク ロロベンゼン、1,2,4−トリクロロベンゼン、酢酸エチル、テトラヒドロフ ラン、アセトニトリルおよびジメチルホルムアミドより成る群から選択される請 求項3に記載の方法。
- 5.不活性有機溶媒が塩化メチレンである請求項4に記載の方法。
- 6.反応を約40℃〜約150℃の温度で行なう請求項1に記載の方法。
- 7.反応を85℃〜125℃の温度で行なう請求項5に記載の方法。
- 8.式IIIを有するα,α−ジフルオロアルキルアミン化合物がN−(2−ク ロロ−1,1,2−トリフルオロエチル)ジエチルアミンまたはN−(1,1, 2,3,3,3−ヘキサフルオロプロピル)ジメチルアミンである請求項1に記 載の方法。
- 9.式IIを有するオキサゾリン化合物が2−フェニル−4−ヒドロキシメチル −5−(4−メチルスルホニルフェニル)−2−オキサゾリン、2−フェニル− 4−ヒドロキシメチル−5−(4−メチルチオフェニル)−2−オキサゾリン、 2−フェニル−4−ヒドロキシメチル−5−(4−メチルスルホニルフェニル) −2−オキサゾリンまたは2−ジクロロメチル−4−ヒドロキシメチル−5−( 4−メチルスルホニルフェニル)−2−オキサゾリンである請求項1に記載の方 法。
