Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.燃料噴射ポンプによって供給される内燃機関の、燃料噴射ポンプのポンプ作 業室と燃料噴射箇所(8)との間に組み込むための送り出し弁であって、弁座( 19)を備えた弁座体(14)が設けられており、該弁座体(14)が貫流通路 (20)を有していて、該貫流通路(20)内で送り出し弁(1)の閉鎖部材( 21)が案内されており、該閉鎖部材(21)はシール面(25)を有していて 、このシール面(25)で、送り出し弁(1)の閉鎖位置において貫流通路(2 0)に続く弁座(19)に向かって、前記閉鎖部材のポンプ作業室側に定置に存 在するばね室(28)で支えられた押しばね(26)によって押し付けられてお り、該閉鎖部材(21)はさらに吸い戻しつば(35)を有していて、該吸い戻 しっば(35)は、前記貫流通路(20)内で気密に摺動可能でしかも前記閉鎖 部材が閉鎖位置に存在する時にこの貫流通路(20)内に侵入し、送り出し弁の 開放時にばね側で貫流通路(20)から突き出るようになっており、貫流通路の 直径に合致した制御つば(36)を備えた突き出し部が設けられていて、該制御 つば(36)の外周部に制御つばの全長に亙って延びる少なくとも1つの切欠( 38)が形成されており、該切欠(38)が前記貫流通路(20)の壁部と共に 流過横断面を形成している形式のものにおいて、前記制御つば(36)が前記吸 い戻しっば(35)に直接隣接し、前記切欠(38)が貫流通路(20)をばね 室側で制限する出口縁部(22)と共にポンプ作業室とフィード導管(7)との 間の接続横断面を形成していて、戻し力が、流過通路の横断面及び前記流過横断 面と協働して、前記接続横断面の燃料フィード率が大きくなるにつれて閉鎖部材 (21)が押しばね(26)のばね力に抗してシフトすることによって増大せし められるように調整されていて、この時に前記接続横断面が次第に小さくなるか 又は少なくとも前記流過横断面と同じ大きさに雑持されることを特徴とする、送 り出し弁。 2.流過横断面(38)がフィード導管の横断面とほぼ同じ大きさである、請求 項1記載の送り出し弁。 3.制御っば(36)に1つの切欠(38)だけが設けられていて、横断面に関 連してより小さい外周面を有している、請求項1又は2記載の送り出し弁。 4.燃料噴射ポンプの最大フィード率において制御つばの一部及び切欠(38) の全長の一部が常に貫流通路(20)内に残る、請求項1から3までのいずれか 1項記載の送り出し弁。 5.閉鎖部材がばね室のヘッド(24)を有していて、該ヘッド(24)に有利 には円錐形に延びるシール面(25)が形成されており、該シール面がばね室側 の貫流通路(20)の出口で相応に形成された弁座(19)に押しばね(26) によって当てつけられるようになっており、前記シール面(25)に続いて貫流 通路(20)内に侵入する閉鎖部材の部分に吸い戻しつば(35)及び制御つば が形成されており、制御つばにポンプ作業室側でガイド部(31)が続いていて 、このガイド部(31)は、閉鎖部材(21)の外周面に形成された、貫流通路 (20)の軸方向に延びる切欠(33)によって形成されており、これらの切欠 (33)の間にガイドリブ(34)が形成されていて、これらの切欠(33)の うちの1つが制御つばの全高さに亙って延びる切欠(138)として構成されて いる、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の送り出し弁。 6.閉鎖部材(421)がばね室側のヘッド(24)を有しており、該ヘッド( 24)に、貫流通路(20)方向に向けられた、有利には円錐形に延びるシール 面(25)が形成されていて、このシール面(25)は、貫流通路(20)のば ね室側の出口で相応に形成された弁座(19)に対して押しばね(26)によっ て当てつけられ、貫流通路(20)内に侵入する円筒形の部分(431)を有し ており、該円筒形の部分(431)が、前記シール面(25)に向いた側で吸い 戻しっば(435)を形成していて、作業室側に位置する他方側が、同時に閉鎖 部材のガイド部である制御つば(436)形成している、請求項3記載の送り出 し弁。 7.前記切欠が研削面として構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1 項記載の送り出し弁。 8.前記切欠が、ポンプ作業室側に向かって次第に大きくなる流過横断面を有し て構成されている、請求項7記載の送り出し弁。 9.前記切欠が、ポンプ作業室側に向かって段状に大きくなる流過横断面を有し て構成されている、請求項7記載の送り出し弁。
