  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 円盤状のホルダー１に小孔を持つ膜４をかけ
    、その張力によつてホルダー１の周面に固定した
    散気装置において、この膜４の上方に網状又は線
    状の膨張規制部材６を設けてこれをホルダー１の
    周囲に固定具５により固定したことを特徴とする
    散気装置。 ２ 円盤状のホルダー１に小孔を持つ膜４をかけ
    てホルダー１の周囲に固定した散気装置において
    、この膜４の周囲をホルダー１の周囲に固定具５
    により固定するとともに、膜４とホルダー１との
    中間部を支持具７により部分的に固定したことを
    特徴とする散気装置。 ３ 円盤状のホルダー１に小孔を持つ膜４をかけ
    てホルダー１の周囲に固定した散気装置において
    、この膜４の周囲をホルダー１の周囲に固定具５
    により固定するとともに、膜４の小孔径を周囲か
    ら中心に向けて小さくしたことを特徴とする散気
    装置。
