Claims (1)
- 中空円筒の磁性体からなるリングと、このリン
グの外周に取り付けられた外周側コイルと、前記
リングの内周に取り付けられた内周側コイルとを
含み、前記リングの平滑な平面に形成された端面
に磁性体からなる円形薄板を前記外周側コイルと
内周側コイルに逆向きの電流を流すことにより吸
着することを特徴とする円形薄板保持機構。
