- 機械支持台に対して、防振ゴム及びアクチユエ
ータを介して機械取付け台を支持する能動防振支
持装置において、前記防振ゴムを、中央防振ゴム
と、その外周に配設される外側防振ゴムとで構成
し、前記中央防振ゴム上に、中空筒体で囲まれた
圧電セラミツク製のアクチユエータを設けたこと
を特徴とする能動防振支持装置。
