Claims (1)
- 被処理基板を保持する基板保持部と、この基板
保持部の下面中央に設けられた回転軸受部と、前
記基板保持部の下面に該基板保持部の周方向に一
定間隔をおいてそれぞれ配設された複数個の基板
保持部材と、各基板保持部材上に着脱自在に立設
され前記被処理基板の側面もしくは周面を保持す
るピンとを備え、前記各基板保持部材は固定部と
、ピン植設部とを一体に有し、前記固定部が前記
基板保持部の下面に該基板保持部の径方向に移動
調整自在に固定され、前記ピン植設部が前記基板
保持部の側面に突出してその長手方向に適宜間隔
をおいて形成された複数個のピン植設孔を有し、
該ピン植設孔に前記ピンが選択的に立設されるこ
とを特徴とするスピンチヤツク。
