Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂プレス成形機1の金型2,4へ樹脂材
    料8を供給する装置において、 金型2,4に樹脂材料8を供給する供給シリン
    ダ13と、供給シリンダ13内への樹脂材料供給
    手段14と、供給シリンダ13内の樹脂材料8を
    押出すプランジヤ15と、プランジヤ15を軸心
    方向に進退移動させる駆動装置16と、供給シリ
    ンダ13先端部の開口を開閉する開閉装置17と
    、開閉装置17と金型2,4間に位置して樹脂材
    料8を所定形状とするダイス18とを有すること
    を特徴とする樹脂プレス成形機への樹脂材料供給
    装置。 (2) 樹脂材料供給手段14が、樹脂材料8が投
    入させるチヤージホツパ22と、チヤージホツパ
    22内の樹脂材料8を供給シリンダ13内にチヤ
    ージするチヤージスクリユ24と、チヤージスク
    リユ24の回転駆動装置25と、チヤージホツパ
    22の供給シリンダ13への供給口を開閉するシ
    ヤツタ装置27とを有することを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の樹脂プレス成形
    機への樹脂材料供給装置。 (3) 樹脂材料供給手段14が、供給シリンダ1
    3側に設けられたチヤージホツパ22aと、樹脂
    材料8が入れられ且つ前記チヤージホツパ22a
    に載置されるカートリツジ容器40と、カートリ
    ツジ容器40内の樹脂材料8を前記供給シリンダ
    13内にチヤージするためのピストン41を有す
    るチヤージシリンダ装置42と、チヤージホツパ
    22aの供給シリンダ13への供給口を開閉する
    シヤツタ装置27とを有することを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の樹脂プレス成
    形機への樹脂材料供給装置。 (4) プランジヤ15の後退位置を検出して供給
    シリンダ13内に樹脂材料8が所定量チヤージさ
    れたことを検出する計量装置19が備えられたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項、
    第2項又は第3項記載の樹脂プレス成形機への樹
    脂材料供給装置。 (5) 供給シリンダ13、樹脂材料供給手段14
    、プランジヤ15、プランジヤ15の駆動装置1
    6、開閉装置17およびダイス18が移動台9に
    備えられ、移動台9を直交する一対の水平方向に
    移動させる駆動装置11が備えられたことを特徴
    とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項、第2項又
    は第3項記載の樹脂プレス成形機への樹脂材料供
    給装置。
