Claims (1)
- 歯筋が軸心に対し傾いた歯車を射出成形する装
置において、その成形金型の割面を前記歯車の一
側面とし、円筒状スリーブと、そのスリーブに移
動可能に嵌入したシヤフトを、装置フレームに、
一方を回転かつ軸方向移動可能、他方を固定して
前記歯車の軸心上に取付けるとともに、一方の先
端を前記歯車の他側面に臨ませ、その先端に歯車
に係止する突起を設け、前記スリーブに、前記歯
車の歯筋傾斜角度と同一角度の溝を形成し、前記
シヤフトには、その溝に移動可能に嵌入するピン
を設け、前記装置フレームには、前記スリーブと
シヤフトの一方を軸方向に移動させる手段を設け
て成る歯車成形装置。
