Claims (1)
- 固定型と可動型とを有する金型の型締め方向に
対して軸心が角度をもつたボス形状の突出部に該
軸心方向の貫通孔を有する成形品を成形するため
の射出圧縮成形金型であつて、前記固定型と前記
可動型のうち前記成形品のボス形状の突出部を成
形する側の型に、型締め時に該突出部を成形する
前記軸心方向に可動なスライドコアが設けられ、
該スライドコアの前記突出部の貫通孔に対応する
部分に、付勢手段によつて対向する型の成形面に
向かつて付勢されて型締め時に該成形面に圧接さ
れるピンが設けられ、該成形品を射出成形した後
に前記スライドコアを前記軸心方向に移動させて
該スライドコアとピンとを前記突出部から離脱さ
せる移動手段が設けられることを特徴とする射出
圧縮成形金型。
