Claims (1)
- 固定型と可動型とで画成される製品部空間に溶
融樹脂を充填し、樹脂充填後または樹脂充填と併
行して型締めして溶融樹脂を加圧することにより
、端部に玉縁部をもつ成形品を成形するための金
型において、固定型および可動型のいずれか一方
の型のうち、前記玉縁部に対応する部分を含む型
の一部を、型締め方向にスライド可能なスライド
コアとして分割し、スライドコアが樹脂充填時か
ら他方の型に圧接するように該スライドコアを弾
性体にて付勢するとともに、前記弾性体がスライ
ドコアに及ぼす付勢力を型締め完了後型開き前に
解除する手段を設けたことを特徴とする樹脂成形
金型。
