期の状態を示す要部拡大断面図、第３図は離型完
了時の状態を示す要部拡大断面図である。第４図
および第５図は従来の成形用金型に関し、第４図
はその断面図、第５図は離型完了時の状態を示す
断面図である。 １……固定型、２……可動型、３……主押出ピ
ン（主押出部材）、４……副押出ピン（副押出部
材）、６……成形体、２０……押出板、４０……
鍔部、４１……コイルスプリング（付勢部材）。

- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ２個一対の分割型と、 該分割型の一方の型に設けられ型面の一部を構
成する端面をもち成形体の離型時に該型面より突
出する方向へ駆動される主押出部材と、 該分割型の一方の型に設けられ該型面の一部お
よび型割面の一部を構成する端面をもち該型面よ
り突出する方向およびその反対方向に移動自在な
副押出部材と、 該分割型の一方の型に設けられ該副押出部材を
該型面より突出する方向へ付勢する付勢部材と、
を備え、 該主押出部材で該成形体の大部分を離型し該付
勢部材の付勢力が該成形体の該型面への貼着力よ
り大きくなつた時に該副押出部材が該成形体を該
型面から離型する構成としたことを特徴とする成
形用金型。
