Claims (1)
- 固定型１と同固定型１に接離可能に配設された
可動型２との間に、異なる方向の複数のアンダカ
ツト部Ｐ１，Ｐ３を有する成形品Ｐを成形するキ
ヤビテイ１０を設け、前記可動型２に設けられた
貫通孔２ａ内に前記成形品Ｐを押出す押上部材９
を挿通可能に内包する支持部材６を挿入するとと
もに、前記成形品Ｐの両アンダカツト部Ｐ１，Ｐ
３に相当する位置に前記一方のアンダカツト部Ｐ
１を離型する方向に付勢され、かつ他方のアンダ
カツト部Ｐ３の変形限度内で動いて両アンダカツ
ト部Ｐ１，Ｐ３を変形させて成形品Ｐの離型を助
けるスライドコア３を配設したことを特徴とする
射出成形用金型。
