Claims (1)
- 型締め時にキヤビテイと該キヤビテイに連通す
るランナーとが形成される一対の分割金型を備え
、少なくとも一方の分割金型の型締め面に前記ラ
ンナーを形成する溝部を形成し、前記一方の分割
金型に該溝部と連通して溶融樹脂を供給するスプ
ルーを形成し、前記溝部内に球状弁体を遊挿する
と共に、前記溝部の前記スプルー側の部位に該球
状弁体が着座可能な弁座を形成し、前記溝部の前
記キヤビテイ側の部位に前記溶融樹脂を通過させ
つつ前記球状弁体を支承する支承用突部を設けた
射出成形用金型において、前記弁座に段差状の内
周縁を形成し、前記球状弁体を前記段差状の内周
縁に当接させて、前記球状弁体を弁座に着座させ
るようにしたことを特徴とする射出成形用金型。
