Claims (1)
- キヤビテイおよびスプルーを連通するランナー
に遊挿された球状弁体と、ランナーのスプルー側
の端部に設けられ、球状弁体を着座させることが
できる弁座と、ランナーに設けられ、スプルーか
らランナーを通してキヤビテイに射出される溶融
樹脂を通過させつつ球状弁体を支承する支承部材
と、を備え、球状弁体が弁座に着座したとき、ス
プルーおよびランナーの連通が遮断される射出成
形用金型において、前記球状弁体が、射出される
溶融樹脂の温度以上の温度環境下で所定の材料特
性を保持して、射出される溶融樹脂の圧力により
弾性変形あるいは塑性変形する材料からなること
を特徴とする射出成形用金型。
