方からみた図、第４図は樹脂注入ステーシヨン上
にある金型の断面図、第５図はクリーニングステ
ーシヨンを側方から見た図、第６図は実施例の移
載手段（帰還搬送手段）の搬送腕を示した図であ
る。 １……リードフレーム、２……樹脂タブレツト
投入・型締めステーシヨン、３……樹脂注入ステ
ーシヨン、４……型開きステーシヨン、５……ク
リーニングステーシヨン、７……上金型、８……
下金型、１２……移載手段、１３……帰還搬送手
段、１８……樹脂タブレツト。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フープ状リードフレームの進行経路上に所定ピ
ツチで順次配置された樹脂タブレツト投入・型締
めステーシヨン、樹脂注入ステーシヨンおよび型
開きステーシヨンと、上記進行経路の側方に変位
した位置に配置されたクリーニングステーシヨン
と、上記各ステーシヨンに循環移載され、上金型
と下金型とを組み合せてなる少くとも２組の金型
セツトと、上記型開きステーシヨンにおいて型開
きされた金型セツトを上記クリーニングステーシ
ヨンを経由して上記樹脂タブレツト投入・型締め
ステーシヨンに帰還させる帰還搬送手段と、上記
樹脂タブレツト投入・型締めステーシヨン上で上
下合わされた金型セツトおよび上記樹脂注入ステ
ーシヨン上で上下合わされた金型セツトを、それ
らの上記進行経路上の前後関係を維持したままそ
れぞれ同時に樹脂注入ステーシヨンおよび型開き
ステーシヨンに移し換える移載手段とを備え、 上記樹脂タブレツト投入・型締めステーシヨン
は、型開きされた状態でここに導入された金型セ
ツトの下金型に樹脂タブレツトを投入し、かつ上
下型を合わせる型締めを行い、 上記樹脂注入ステーシヨンは、ここに移載され
た金型セツト中の樹脂タブレツトを加圧溶融して
溶融樹脂を各キヤビテイに注入し、 上記型開きステーシヨンは、ここに移載された
金型セツトの上下型を開き、 上記クリーニングステーシヨンは、上下型のキ
ヤビテイをクリーニングするようにそれぞれ構成
されていることを特徴とする、樹脂モールド装置
。
