Claims (1)
- 周囲に励磁コイルが設置され、かつプラズマ引
出窓が形成されたプラズマ生成室と、このプラズ
マ生成室にマイクロ波を導入するマイクロ波導入
手段と、上記引出窓を介して上記生成室と連通す
る試料室と、上記生成室の試料室側前方に設けら
れた磁界強度変化手段と、上記励磁コイル周囲を
覆う高透磁率材料とからなることを特徴とするプ
ラズマ装置。
