- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電界によつて気体をイオン化させてビームとす
るイオン源と、 試料から放出された原子、イオンまたは電子の
うちの少なくとも一つを検出する検出手段とを夫
夫具備し、 前記ビームの照射で前記試料をエツチングして
この試料の断面を露出させ、 前記断面に更に前記ビームを照射してこの断面
から前記原子、イオンまたは電子のうちの少なく
とも一つを放出させ、 前記検出手段の検出結果から前記断面の形状を
観察する様にした試料観察装置。
