Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体基板を載置するとともにＸＹ方向に移動
    し得るステージと、このステージを内部に配置す
    るチヤンバと、このチヤンバに取り付けられると
    ともに前記半導体基板に照射するイオンビームを
    発生するイオン電子銃と、前記半導体基板より発
    生する二次イオンを補足する二次イオン検出器と
    、この二次イオン検出器より検出されたイオンに
    より照射領域を撮像するデイスプレイ装置とを有
    する配線調整装置において、前記半導体基板に形
    成された配線と接触する少なくとも二本の接触子
    を備え、前記イオンビームで切断された前記配線
    の両端を前記接触子で接触し、配線断を検査する
    ことを特徴とする配線調整装置。
