Claims (1)
- 処理対象のウエーハを静電気によつて吸着する
静電チヤツクであつて当該ウエーハよりも小さい
ものと、この静電チヤツクを支えるベースであつ
て前記ウエーハよりも小さいものと、このベース
を支持し回転させる回転駆動部と、投光器および
受光器の組み合わせから成り、この投光器から発
せられた光が前記静電チヤツク上の所定位置のウ
エーハをオリエンテーシヨンフラツトまたはノツ
チを通過して受光器に入るように配置された光電
スイツチとを備えることを特徴とするイオン処理
装置。
