Claims (1)
- １対の対向する光取出面を有する半導体レーザ
素子、該素子が収納されると共に上記光取出面か
ら出力されるレーザ光を外部へ出射させるための
開口が形成されたケース、上記半導体レーザ素子
の両光取出面を夫々選択的に上記開口に対向させ
るように上記半導体レーザ素子を回転させる手段
を備えたことを特徴とする半導体レーザ装置。
