Claims (1)
- 環状に配列した複数のピンは、ウエーハの周縁
を担持し該ウエーハを回転させる支承面を有し、
該回転はフオトセンサによるウエーハのオリエン
テーシヨンフラツト又はノツチの検出に基いて停
止し、かつその位置はウエーハの半径方向に移動
可能に設けられていることを特徴とするウエーハ
の位置決め装置。
