Claims (1)
- 絶縁基板の主面上に、複数の半導体素子と、蛍
光表示部と、前記半導体素子間を電気的に接続す
る複数の導電路とを備えた蛍光表示パネルにおい
て、前記導電路間の前記絶縁基板上に、接地電位
に接続される導電路を介在させたことを特徴とす
る蛍光表示パネル。
