- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 振動板と、その振動板の上面に貼着した第１
の圧電セラミツクスと、その第１の圧電セラミク
スの分極方向と逆方向の分極方向にして前記第１
の圧電セラミクスの上面に貼着した第２の圧電セ
ラミクスと、その第２の圧電セラミクスの上面電
極と前記第１の圧電セラミクスの下面電極とを電
気的に接続する導電体と、前記導電体で接続され
る電極および前記第１および第２の圧電セラミク
スの対向する側に配置される電極を各々電気的に
外部へ導出するリード端子とを具備してなること
を特徴とする圧電振動板。 ２ 前記導電体が、導電膜である実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載の圧電振動板。
