Claims (1)
- 円形の圧電素子の両面にほぼ同心円状の円形電極を設け
、−面の電極上に電気絶縁材を塗布又は接着し、他面の
電極を圧電素子の側面を経て延長し前記電気絶縁材を介
して延長部を設けたことを特徴とする圧電振動子。
