Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シート状の圧電セラミツク部材と内部電極導体
    とが交互に積層された積層焼結体を含み、該積層
    焼結体の対向する一対の側面に露出する内部電極
    導体の一方の端面が前記一対の側面において互い
    違いに絶縁され、絶縁されていない前記内部電極
    導体の他方の端部は前記側面ごとに設けられた外
    部電極導体に接続されている電歪効果素子におい
    て、 前記側面ごとに設けられた外部電極導体の一部
    に導電性金属よりなるリード線接続端子板が接続
    されていることを特徴とする電歪効果素子。
