Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シート状の圧電セラミツク部材と内部電極導体
とが交互に積層された積層焼結体と、該積層焼結
体の対向する側面に露出する内部電極導体の一方
の端面を各側面において１層おきに絶縁する絶縁
層と、内部電極導体の露出する他方の端面を電気
的に接続して２つのくし歯形電極を構成せしめる
１対の外部電極を含む電歪効果素子であつて、上
下面に端面電極が導出されて、前記外部電極は上
下面に導出された端面電極にそれぞれ接続され、
さらに上面の端面電極には突起部を有する断面が
Ｔ字形の上電極板が載せられて、導電性を有する
外装ケースに収容され、上電極板に電気絶縁材が
載せられて外装ケースの上部縁部が封口されてい
る電歪効果素子において、 前記電歪効果素子の中心にある中空部または前
記電歪効果素子の周縁部と係合する、前記電歪効
果素子のセンターリング用の凸部が前記外装ケー
