面図である。 なお、１：内部電極、２：圧電セラミツク板、
４：外部電極、５，５′：リード端子。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両面に内部電極１を添設した圧電セラミツク板
    ２を複数枚重畳積層し、側面にて一層おきに外部
    電極４と電気的に接続してなる積層型圧電アクチ
    ユエータにおいて、上下両端面に対して前記圧電
    セラミツク板２を傾斜させて重畳積層してなる積
    層型圧電アクチユエータ。
