Claims (1)
- 電気機械変換材料からなる薄板と導電性材料か
らなる内部電極とを各々複数個交互に積層して積
層体を形成し、この積層体の側面に前記内部電極
と１層おきに接続すべき１対の外部電極を設け、
かつ積層体の端面に保護層を設けてなる積層型変
位素子において、保護層を絶縁性材料からなる薄
板と導電性材料からなる内部電極とを各々複数個
交互に積層して形成すると共に、保護層を非変位
状態に形成したことを特徴とする積層型変位素子
。
