Claims (1)
- 上部基板と下部基板とがスペーサを介して積層
され、これら両基板の対向面側にそれぞれ形成さ
れた電極が接離自在なメンブレンスイツチにおい
て、上部基板とその電極との間に、導電性材料か
らなる導電膜と、この導電膜を当該電極に対して
絶縁被覆する絶縁膜とを設け、かつ上記導電膜を
電極端子形成面に導出してアースしたことを特徴
とするメンブレンスイツチ。
