Claims (1)
- セラミツク基板に、同じ厚さの２つの電極と、
前記２つの電極間全面に、前記２つの電極と同じ
厚さのガラス絶縁体を形成し、前記２つの電極及
び前記ガラス絶縁体とに重ねて、前記２つの電極
を電気的に接続するようにスクリーン印刷法によ
つて形成されたことを特徴とする厚膜抵抗体。
