- 絶縁基板上の下部導体、誘電体および上部導体
よる成るクロスオーバ構造において、上部導体と
接続する下部導体の電極部を該電極部より小さな
窓を持つた誘電体で覆い、窓部より露出している
下部導体電極部と上部導体を接続することを特徴
とする厚膜印刷回路。
