- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 絶縁体層の上面に配置された複数個の電極
と、その上に積層された吸着層とを有する静電吸
着装置において、前記吸着層の上面に網状、縞状
もしくは斑点状の導電体部を、その表面が平坦な
同一面になるように設けたことを特徴とする静電
吸着装置。 (2) 吸着層上面の導電体部が導電性インキによ
り形成され且つ導電性部分が吸着層上面と同一面
となるように埋設されていることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の静電吸着装
置。
